Older patients are forced to see young doctors, who often are unaware of exsisting health issues and lack badic compassion. My most recent experience occured with Dr Brittany Williams, who ordered multiple blood tests for me, paying out of pocket my results in the portal were never acknowledged by her,i called and sent a message in the portal ,both went unreturned!

I have never been left in the waiting room for a long time. Once, they doctor was running a few minutes behind because of an unexpected something or other, and the nurse actually came back and told me that she was running behind. What a concept!! There are so many doctors that will just leave you sitting for who knows how long and then the doctor just walks in like nothing happened...that doesn't occur here. 3. The staff is so friendly! 4. On site medical lab for bloodwork. 5. Great referral network for specialists. 6. Easy parking. 7. Close to where I live. 8. Scheduling flexibility. I have been listening to the woman at the front desk treat guests with complete and utter ignorance. She answers the telephone rudely, schedules patients with ignorance and shortness and has been checking in and confirming guests with an attitude as if she has little to no time for them. A man came into the office to inquire about a paper being faxed, she told him she wouldn't be doing that quickly and then took the papers from his hands and said "someone else will have to look at this". This really got under my skin, I understand they are busy. However, it is the first thing in the morning and she's acting as if she has been here all day long and is ready to leave. For being a person that has been working with the public for years, as well as a receptionist myself, I do NOT appreciate the rude undertone and the ignorance when patients are sick or here for other medical health issues. I'm sure that man that was inquiring about his paper work was worried about when his next paycheck would be coming in, it's 4 degrees outside and I'm sure he has a family to provide for. Next time Peg (receptionist) you should treat patients with care, kindness and sympathy! First impressions last a long time and as far as I am concerned, my family will be taking their business elsewhere.
