This woman needs to be disbarred. She is vindictive, unethical and a compulsive liar. She has no business having any influence on a family court judge deciding what's best for innocent children and innocent families. She writes a biased report and has zero problem fabricating information and leaving out relevant information even if you bring it to her attention multiple times. She is basically untouchable and she knows it. The SC disciplinary counsel has no jurisdiction over her. We reported her. The Judge has to admonish her. She stood up in court and lied to the Judge and nothing was done but rule an approval to raise her ridiculous fess to an exorbitant 15 thousand dollars! This woman is crooked. She screwed our innocent family to the wall. She picks a side and writes her report accordingly. She had in for us from the start because the attorney that recommended her to help us was a good friend of hers and we ending up firing that attorney and got a full refund because said attorney absolutely wrecked our case and hurt our son. The lies Brooks Moss told are shocking. I can substantiate everything I have written with evidence. We wrote a 30 plus page report disputing her report and presented it to the Judge in court March 4. Covid19 shut down everything after our court date and we never reconvened. Our son went to mediation. I have no reason to believe the Judge even read our report. I did take it to the courthouse prior to court and submit so it's on file. So much injustice. read more
