They have been quite happy to fit parts that I have provided for them and, unlike a lot of other garages I have used in the past, are very prompt to call me when the work is done, leaving messages when I have not been able to answer the call. In my experience I find them very knowledgeable and will continue to use them for MOTs, servicing and repairs while I own a VAG car.

Then I risked to do an MOT in a different garage - they confirmed my observations and this time the MOT result was ''PASSED". My conclusion is - if you don`t want unexpected problems with an MOT, just don`t use the online voucher codes, because they`ll try to find stupid things to be fixed, which could cost you hundreds of pounds.

They are always happy to help and have a look if there is a problem and they are very good at what they do, they are also happy to have a chat with you on the phone about the problem and for you to drop the car in without having to book days in advance!

The other thing (which you can't be sure of at other mechanics) is that they'll give you an honest price for the work they've carried out, and never do too much just to add a few more quid on to the bill. They really care about doing a good job, so will do a little bit extra to get the car to a healthy state again, and have done so many times for me. I've heard a few other reports of quick repairs as well, and they sure come across as knowing their stuff and clearly prove themselves to be very efficient. Since owning my car for about 6 years I think I've been there twice for a service and 3 times for an MOT. I've found them to be reliable and efficient but haven't been there since I've found cheaper alternatives...apart from last year when they sent me a voucher for a free MOT. I think they wanted me back as a customer so I went and expected perhaps they might be slow because it was free - but they were very quick. I took it in and went for a wander round Avon Meads retail park - returned in an hour and they offered me a drink then 5 minutes later my car was ready. I was very pleased and would consider going back there, price dependent.
