They worked closely with their designer to ensure that the final image was of top-notch quality, and even though I was only making a small purchase they made me feel as important as their largest customers. I solicited quotes from a couple different embroidery companies in the Denver area and chose Threaded Dragon for both their fair/competitive pricing and excellent customer service. While I had originally planned on this being a one-off interaction, I'm now on the lookout for other embroidery projects to send their way.
