I was…read moreinterested in using them because they appeared to do quality work AND they said they did small print runs. The receptionist was very polite and told me that she would have the 'Art Director' call me back. After two business days passed with no word from him, I called the receptionist and asked her to connect me with the art director. This art director was not the person listed on their website (I mistakingly called him "Patrick" when his name is actually 'Bjorn'). My questions were fairly technical, regarding line screens, submission of vector art as opposed to 'un-vectorized' art, etc.. He was extremely vague during our conversation and did not seem like he really cared to talk to me. I figured that I would get a better response if he actually looked at the file-- some people operate better when they can SEE the project in question, or so I told myself, as I was still hoping to do business with this company. I sent Bjorn the file by way of of my company's file transfer system [successfully -- PLUS, I gave him our password] and followed up with an email asking him to "please confirm receipt" after he picked up the file. I never heard back from him -- or the company. During the whole, week-long plus exchange the company never called me back or emailed me back. The only reason that I can think of is that I was not "big" enough to do business with. KSE works with a lot of big clients. Maybe they are the way to go if you have deep pockets but if you're a little guy, they don't seem to think you are worth bothering with. If they would have just told me that they didn't handle small orders or one-off runs to begin with, I would not be writing this kind of review.

The Bad: Return Policy: -14 days -customer pays for shipping -25% percent restocking fee. The seller will tell you this is do to each shelf being custom built, however, if you look on their site or on Ebay, you see that they have standard shelf sizes. I did not request anything custom, other than a standard size (34"). They will also have you pay the shipping. If I were to do this again I would highly recommend a company called Liquor Shelves over these guys. They have a standard 30 day return policy, no restocking fee, great product. However, you will still have to pay for the shipping.
