BUYER BEWARE - PREDATORY SCAM OPERATION This MotoMart location is running a PREDATORY SCAM on customers! WHAT HAPPENED: Purchased under $20 of gas and they placed a MASSIVE $100+ hold on my debit card - over 5 times my actual purchase! When I went inside to address this OUTRAGEOUS policy, the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and treated me like I was bothering THEM. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! I've been to hundreds of gas stations and NEVER experienced anything this predatory. Most stations hold $1 or maybe $50 maximum. This location is deliberately tying up customers' money to generate interest or cause overdraft fees. This excessive hold can cause serious problems for working families - overdraft fees, declined transactions for groceries/bills, financial stress when your money is held hostage for days. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Staff showed zero empathy, no willingness to explain their policy, and acted annoyed that I dared question their practices. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! I'd recommend pulling over here if you just need to give your dog a potty break because it has clean, grassy areas far from the road with a good amount of space to walk around in. However, I wouldn't recommend anywhere inside for a human - the women's bathroom smelled absolutely rancid and all the garbage cans, inside and outside, were overflowing.
