About the dealership: it's probably the best Ducati/BMW dealership I've been to, and I've been to many. It's spacious, has lots of inventory, lots of super-high-quality accessories, and complete lines of Ducati, BMW, and Klim clothing. When I came back for the break in service to be done, I watched a young man that had came into the store wanting to buy a new M1000RR. He had never owned or ridden a bike before and wanted this for his first bike because he loved BMWs. I watched the sales people talk him out of this bike, which to me says a lot about them. They could have made the sale and sent him on his way, not caring what would happen to him just about the sale. They convinced him to buy a cheaper bike and get some experience for a couple of years before buying the M1000. You don't see this much anymore, it's all about the sale nowadays. Sure they could have sold the bike because thats what the customer wanted, and said well he shouldn't have bought such a bike as his first but thats what he wanted. They knew he would have injured himself or someone else and cared enough to talk to him. Says a lot about the staff at the dealership. He said, he perform the work, emailed me a receipt ,and told us to pay him 140 instead of 150 because he will get 11 dollars for the core. he said there was other issues with the car so when I contacted another business to fix the other issues the mechanics notified me immediately that Todd did not replace the starter, and the starter in my car was not brand new when I went to take pic the starter was rusted and old this was not my brand new starter. they then proceeded to take out the old starter to have it tested. I called Todd several times no answer no text I reached out to O'Reily's Auto Parts on Gate City in Greensboro, NC where I purchased the starter with my credit card, to see if my brand new starter could be returned without the receipt, Kevin, one of the employee's ask me to verify some info on the receipt, I did that's when Kevin notified me that the brand new starter was returned to a different O' Reily's store, on Meadowview Rd. Greensboro, NC, on 09/28/2022 at 7:11pm and that the refund was issued to back to Todd's account. Kevin offered to give me The return receipt, and help me with my court proceedings. Todd claims it's not him communicating from phone number 336-688-0998 via Text but, I know its him. Todd offered me my refund for the $127.00 for the starter, and $ 150.00 for the service that he did not provide yet, I still have not receive any money!!!
