Those dedicated mechanics put my car up on the rack and delicately extracted the kitten, which was terrified. (The kitten had crawled in while I was parked in a lot, and someone saw it hide there.) I have taken our cars here for years. For the most past, I've been pleased. However, things have changed over time with customer service and communication especially and I believe it is under different management. My last experience was an oil change for my Prius. It was my first time taking it here. I've taken it other places and paid about $75 for a synthetic oil change which always includes the tire rotation. I asked to make sure that the tire rotation would happen and the lady at the front notated it. Never did she tell me that "it was not included" and that "only people who have bought the tires from thier location get the rotation included". She only let me know this after I saw the bill for over $100 and was shocked. She didn't apologize or say anything to help the fact that she failed to communicate properly. All she did was point to the "pricelist" in small print on the far right of the front desk. Really poor customer service and people skills. It is a shame because otherwise this could be a great shop. read more

I have trusted these guys with my auto needs for over 10 years now. Every time I go they are quick and honest about whatever the need is and offer me all of my options. They do not inflate the labor costs nor keep the car more than the time it takes to fix it. They also know their limits- if there is something that they cannot do or do not feel comfortable doing, they will be honest with you. arrived around 8:30a on a Thursday for inspection and oil change. Sat patiently waiting. after about 1.5 hours of waiting, someone finally approached me to apologize about the wait - they had been waiting on a lift - they didn't want to risk bending the frame (or something like that - I know they were waiting on a lift). More than 2 hours later, me and my car were finally released from this place! Told the guy when I was paying it would have been nice to have known it was going to be such a wait and I would have only had the inspection done! Ridiculous! I can say nothing bad about "The Tire Shop"! I have taken my vehicles here multiple times and they have been professional and honest every time (and you know how rare that is when it comes to automotive repair). An example is when you have to do the state inspection, every other place finds something that needs to be replaced in order to pass inspection. I went to one place and they said the (brand new) windshield wipers were worn out. Just to pass it I told them to replace it, they did with the wrong size. This kind of shady dealings never occur at "The Tire Shop". They have my trust so if they say something needs to be replaced I believe them. They offer many more services than just Tire replacement, give them a try-you won't be disappointed! read more

Fantastic place. I hit a 4x4 on the highway and both left tires were flat. Got a flatbed truck to take me to the closest tire shop which happened to be The Tire Shop. When I talked to the rep on the phone they said they had two tires for me at $99/tire. When I got to the shop and they saw my tire they told me that my issue wasn't a popped tire but a bent rim. After going over my options they ultimately saved me so much money and sent me away happy when they could've easily upsold me and just cashed a check. Summary: these are knowledgeable, honest, decent people, and the prices were as they should. Thank you for the help when I was distressed. read more

I needed a set of 4 tires for my Travel Trailer. Not their "core" business, as trailer tires are a special item, and constructed differently than auto tires. After researching and pricing on the internet, I was somewhat frustrated. WalMart had a set of Goodyear, but could not assure me that they had been manufactured within the past 12 months, which is important as trailer tires should be replaced no more than 5 years after the DOT Date. Out of curiosity my wife called The Tire Shop, and Todd related that he could have four "fresh" Goodyears the next business day, mounted & balanced at a price (I did not expect this) below WaMart. The tires, only three months old, we're quickly mounted and balanced, and we were on our way. I'll certainly look to The Tire Shop first when I need tires in the future! read more

Great customer service. They let me know what was wrong with my car and told me what I needed to fix before getting an alignment. Prices on tires are great and if you buy tires from there they don't charge a mount and balance. That is in heard of. Will be coming here for all my tire and alignment needs. I have dealt with the former owners for years and now the new owner. The tradition of fine service continues on. They are dependable, honest, fair, efficient and very personable. They are everything you would hope for in a repair shop. While they don't specialize in foreign cars they get all of my other service work. i will pay you not to take your vehicle there, they aim to rip you a new one over charging ridiculous cost. took my car in there for the a/c no cold air service. the guy was having trouble keeping the right amount of freon in it after hour passed. guess the thought never came to mind i might have had a leak instead the concerning factors that may be causing the failures he capped it off charge me $80 said it was fine, a few weeks later took it to another place to do a inspection they noticed leak from one of the a/c lines has a pin hole leak to. had them fix the problem then recharged the system again. couple months passed the A/c was cold but wasn't pushing air as it should so once again i thought about taking it back to this local place just to get a idea and estimate. they checked it out said i need a blower motor and typically a replacement of the resistor should be installed since they both serve same purpose. they quoted over $600. to fix it. told them i wait. went home researched it online found out how to DIY. the blower motor was bad, in stock at auto parts store $160 depending which one you go to an 3 screws under dash in plain view. total of about 15 minutes of labor. i wouldn't take my tire to get pumped up over there anymore. so stupid to give them a 1star. for the others that posted great service guess they had more money carefree and no common sense.
