I've not bought new there but we have taken several vehicles for diagnosis and repairs. The star of the show for me is the service manager who actually listens to you, writes down what you say, explains the nature of the repairs needed (in simple or complex terms) and explains why they are needed. It appears the business is doing well as they've now opened a proper Fiat sales centre (presumably capitalising on the closure of the rather poor Cleveland cars), the showroom is immaculate, there's a nice area to sit whilst you wait and free, proper coffee rather than wet brown stuff that's too hot to drink.

Left car in the morning and was given a lift to work and later, when the work was completed, my car was dropped back at work for me. Great communication, always receive a call to update me when the service has been completed. Staff friendly and really helpful, they always deliver what they say they are going to do. Alan, the Service Department Manager, is lovely and the Parts Department is also very helpful. The silver valet is very good value at £19.

As the car had only done 4000 miles I queried it & was told that the original ones had probably worn out or had punctures. First they denied replacing them, then admitted it. The inside had several sweet wrappers, & a bad stain on the rear seat. I walked away. What a waste of a day, let alone all the fuel I used,260 miles round trip.

Prices were very competitive concidering I needed big tyres. My only criticism was there was no vending as it was an extremely cold outside. This is more of a drive in and come back later garage.
