They told her she could do it online and it was easy. So we went to the library so we could print the temporary license. We logged on the website where she was required to enter her driver's license number. She had lost her license so she did not have her license number. We went home and we called NJM Insurance. They provided her license after a few questions. No thanks to dumb and dumber at the misinformation desk.

My experience with Quality Chevrolet GMC of Englewood has been a long journey, and after everything…read morethat happened, I felt it was important to write this review from the heart. My previous vehicle, a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, developed serious engine problems and had to be brought into their service department for extensive repairs. Unfortunately, it was not a quick situation. The vehicle spent a significant amount of time at the dealership and later had to return again for additional major engine-related issues. During the second repair alone, my Suburban remained at the dealership for more than two months. As you can imagine, being without my vehicle for that long was extremely frustrating and stressful. There were delays, parts that had to be ordered, additional issues discovered during the repair process, and many moments when I was understandably upset. But this is exactly why I believe this review is important. Throughout everything, Pedro, my Service Advisor, continued to treat me with patience, professionalism, kindness, and respect. Even when I was frustrated and expressed it, he never became disrespectful or dismissive. He continued communicating with me, answering my questions, and explaining what was happening. Mike, the Service Manager, also took the time to speak with me, explain things, and help wherever he could. Both Pedro and Mike handled an extremely difficult situation professionally, and I truly appreciate that. What ultimately brought this entire experience full circle was having the opportunity to sit down personally with Jordan Wright, the owner of Quality Chevrolet GMC of Englewood. Jordan spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour with me. He listened to everything I had been through, answered my questions, and explained how the dealership, General Motors, parts ordering, warranty repairs, and the entire process work behind the scenes. He didn't rush me or brush off my concerns. He simply sat down, listened, and spoke to me person-to-person. After months of frustration, that conversation meant a great deal to me. I walked into that meeting carrying a lot of emotions and walked out feeling heard, respected, relieved, and honestly much better about the entire situation. During our conversation, I mentioned that I wanted to purchase the black Suburban lettering and black bow tie emblems for my new vehicle. Jordan immediately told me, "Don't worry about it. It's on us." He offered to have the dealership order the parts and install them at no charge. He did not have to do that, and I genuinely appreciated the gesture. Perhaps the biggest statement I can make is this: after everything I went through with my previous Suburban, I still chose to purchase my brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from Quality Chevrolet GMC of Englewood -- fully loaded, top of the line, with all the bells and whistles. Mechanical problems can happen. Repairs can become complicated. Parts can be delayed. What matters to me is how a business treats its customer when things become difficult. Pedro, Mike, Jordan, and the team continued treating me with dignity and respect even during some very stressful moments. Thank you, Jordan Wright, for taking the time as the owner to personally sit down with me, listen to me, and explain everything. Thank you, Pedro, for your patience, communication, and professionalism throughout this entire ordeal. Thank you, Mike, for your help and professionalism as Service Manager. After such a difficult journey, I'm happy this chapter ended with understanding, mutual respect, and a beautiful brand-new Suburban that I'm extremely happy with. Frankly, by the time I got to the greeter, I was already agitated when I told her I wanted to renew my license. She told me they did not do it there and I needed to make an appointment. when I mentioned the paperwork did not say that, her response cutting me off was that it's been like that since 2000. it's not what she said, it's her delivery and nastiness. she should not be dealing with the public. On a side note- why on earth is that information (appt required, locations) on the paperwork for license renewal? At a minimum it should have stated to go to a specific website for details.

The security at the door says you have to come back maybe 3:00 so we wait in the car and people are piling in non stop and you watch the overflow coming in,. Now inside I see one guy called at the booth and he was coming in and out for over a half hour leaving his paperwork at the booth and then coming back 3 times after a LONG hiatus of that person in the booth waiting to service him. We have to brace the wait. You cater to silly people to leave that booth stagnating for a long length of time who was so disoriented to not have what was required. Get a better supervisor in that place to monitor the nonsense so we don't have to go through the incompetence trickling down on us.

Once again, I made an appointment on the MVC website for 830am on the very next day, completed the appropriate form online, and printed it out at home to bring with me to my appointment. When I arrived at the MVC a few minutes before my appointment, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, acknowledged I had completed the correct form but needed to make a minor correction, and directed me right to Window 1. The associate at Window 1 quickly scanned the form, processed the credit card payment for the transaction, printed a new registration, and handed me my new license plates and paperwork -- all within 5 minutes. Special praise to Jeanne at the reception who was is extremely efficient in taking care of so so many things as I could see her helping all the people in front of me. The layout is efficient for such a small space relative to other agency service centers. Reception is right up front with a lots of spare space to walk around, ingrass and egress. Bathrooms are afront, but I don't know how they are. There are almost a dozen counters with a numbered registration and queuing system. They handle quite a wide variety of services, although the official site lists exactly what they are, because there are too many to list in one review. There is always a police officer posted here, but happily it is a very quiet assignment. Parking is plentiful as would be expected. The appointment quotas and walk-in services are aligned to make sure it's never overwhelmed. Visibility from NJ Route 28 makes it easy to find and locals will know its Roosevelt Place northern entrance. The hours are standard ones, but the efficient processing is always a pleasure if you must come.
