Initially, Jeromes reviewed the damage and ordered the part, quoting us approximately $500. They said that they did not need anything from us (pictures, old parts, etc.) to complete the maintenance. However, at our appointment they could not complete what was agreed upon because they needed more parts and, in fact, asked us for the original parts. Then, they quoted us a new price (approximately $700) and asked if we could reschedule. The price requote is an issue but the rescheduling might not have been an issue other than we have limited time due to us moving out of state the week of the original appointment. This is frustrating because time is money and a business who does not honor there original agreement and the customer's time is highly suspect. I would not boycott this place just be careful and be precise when discussing price, time, and issues with them.

You pay by the hour (standard) just like any other shop. I walk in and tell the rep. 218.62 is kinda high for a Sway Bar Link aka link kit. The rep. Shows me the Sway bar on a poster and acts like they changed the whole Sway bar, na dawg ya changed some bolts, nuts and maybe the rubber piece. Took the car in on a Friday and I had to call them to find out if the car was ready today (monday) cause I did not hear back from them on Saturday. Not impressed! Just want people to be aware. They also fixed the vehicle without calling me prior to ask if I wanted to get the job done so they complete the job and give you the bill. The pic below is the same part number and all and the final bill..... I play dumb and look for an honest shop cause I have 3 vehicles and I will need services someday.

They told her that the check engine light was on because she filled her car up while it was running (pretty common in our climate). They charged her $150 for this guy to clear a check engine light with the warranty. So essentially every time she fills her car up now with it running, she will have to pay $150 to get it cleared. One would think, that because this is a manufacturer defect, it would be covered under the warranty OR they would recall these vehicles to make that right. BBB will be notified, cooperate as well. This problem needs to be fixed. The manager working there was no help at all. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES OR SERVICE THEM FROM THIS PLACE

I give Capital RV -5 stars, they had camper for 3 1/2 weeks they didn't even get the recalls done…read moreand they knew there was two recalls that needed to be done. All the paperwork said the warranty work was all done on June 4 except for one thing and they didn't order the switch for that until June 15th. They kept telling they us they were waiting on Keystone to approve the warranty work. We called Keystone and they said all the warranty work was approved. They were just jerking us around. Could explain why the warranty work was done. We are several times for them to explain to us why the warranty work didn't get done and the guy goes I don't have an answer. They had the camper from May 31st to June 20th and they couldn't get the recalls done. That's piss pour customer service. we should be able to rate them minus stars instead of one giving them one star, they didn't even deserve the one star. My advice don't buy a camper from them and don't take your camper there we purchased a camper from them and we purchased elsewhere and both times shitty service.
