I give Capital RV -5 stars, they had camper for 3 1/2 weeks they didn't even get the recalls done and they knew there was two recalls that needed to be done. All the paperwork said the warranty work was all done on June 4 except for one thing and they didn't order the switch for that until June 15th. They kept telling they us they were waiting on Keystone to approve the warranty work. We called Keystone and they said all the warranty work was approved. They were just jerking us around. Could explain why the warranty work was done. We are several times for them to explain to us why the warranty work didn't get done and the guy goes I don't have an answer. They had the camper from May 31st to June 20th and they couldn't get the recalls done. That's piss pour customer service. we should be able to rate them minus stars instead of one giving them one star, they didn't even deserve the one star. My advice don't buy a camper from them and don't take your camper there we purchased a camper from them and we purchased elsewhere and both times shitty service. read more

Bought a used camper with full anticipation it was inspected as checked over as sales person said it would be. After delivery we found several areas of large amount of mold which is very hazardous, brakes were complete inop and batteries useless. Company hired still manage to tow and deliver to site. We literally had to cut out large sections of floor that were moldy and rotten. DONT EVER BUY AN RV HERE AT THIS CROOKED DEALR. read more

We were recently in a nasty hail storm. Grapefruit sized hail on a camping trip to South Dakota knocked out our camper skylights, which are not only handy for letting sun in, but also for keeping the elements out. We decided to stop by Capital RV to see if they had anything in stock, as they are open til 6pm - and it was right at 530p. On entering we were greeted immediately by 2 people. While one could say that's normal for a sales center, the attitude they radiated is not. Again, we're talking 30min til close, someone should be ready to go home but they appeared genuinely enthused to see us. One gal noted we were carrying a skylight snd inquired if we were there for parts, we confirmed & she made sure we knew the way. Next came the oarts center, surely they'd be less enthusiastic- nope! If anything, they seemed even more excited. It was strange. I noticed my husband exchanging the same look of confusion that I'm sure I had. Anywho, the rep located our skylights right away and pricing was reasonable. We advised that we also needed a replacement crank &, he suggested a slightly different one than stock because it would save us money - whaaaat?? To recap: enthusiastic and happy, professional, knowledgeable and undercut themselves. I dare say that if we're ever in the market for a new rig, I'll be coming here. On exit, I told my husband "they're all so happy, I think I want to work here!" That's the highest praise I can think of! read more

I worked here. I was a technician in the back. I would say that there are people here that are genuine and they are in all departments, then there are people who are friendly and kind on the outside but they are rotten to the core. I have seen the practices corporate enables the GMs, the sales, and service to practice. We've been convinced as consumers that lying is normal to endure from businesses but it is not. It is greed and evil. Often you as the consumer will be lied to about the condition of your camper when purchasing. To the detriment of your wallet varying from hundreds to thousands of dollars. I have watched sales men manipulate vulnerable customers into 'perks' these campers supposedly have only to find out after purchase they never had them. A used camper may have a couple thousand dollars of water damage and sales would instruct us to not repair and not report. Thankfully there are technicians who will not stand for it and will tell the truth. Unfortunately there are people that have been working under the abusive behaviours of the company that roll over. They lie to themselves but its the consumer that pays. I wanted a camper so badly but knew so little about them before I became a mechanic. I see that I likely would have been a victim of their predatory sales practices also. Not to mention the show room looks great, but the shops budget consists of jerry rigged tools, underpaid professionals, and not to regulation equipment or conditions. I quit on the spot one day because a war veteran and a friend wanted to buy a camper. He was promised it that weekend but the camper was a wreck. There was no way he was getting a good deal and full repairs by the sales promised time. They try to rush you to take these campers so you dont see whats wrong with them ! And we as technicians are coerced into keeping our mouths shut. Thank God for Bill for standing up to the sales department for that man. I felt so empty and taken advantage of from my experiences as a worker there, that day I knew I had to leave the abuse even though I sincerely loved the people I worked with. I encourage my coworkers to stop letting yourselves get taken advantage of. You are all worth 30 dollars an hour in work. Considering labor rates are 160 plus an hour! And stop fearing the tantrums of our GMs and our service manager! They are abusers and manipulators but they are that way because they are weak. To the people who drink themselves to sleep at night, look at yourselves! You sold your soul to the camper industry. You will never be happy no matter how good you are at pretending. I was looking for assistance in finding an awning for my RPod camper. I called around to see if anyone carried that trailer and brand, and the representative on the phone said they did. When I went into the store, I was sent to parts service. The lady that was working in the parts are was cranky and rather rude. When I said I was looking for an awning to fit the RPod she said it would be impossible. Weird. Because several RPods have awnings. On the upside they have a lot of cute accessories and many parts for a RV camper. This is the only reason for 2 stars. read more

A dealership that went out of there were to get us back on the road. They are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were on a month long vacation and our hot water did not work. It's a new lance Travel Trailer, call the help number and they sent us to Capital R.V. Center to get it fixed. Even tho the dealership didn't have a relationship with Lance it was no problem to get fixed. The gals were very welcoming and helpful. Managed to get our camper in the next day for a fix. They supplied a place to stay for the night, suggestions for restaurants, and other shopping needs that we had. Capital R.V. Center is top notch on our list.
