However, I personally did something to my cabin air filter that should have raised a Red Flag, and I should have been told about this tweak that I personally made. Anytime I bring a vehicle to a shop, I do something that should raise a red flag with any knowledgeable Mechanic. Why do I do this?, I do this to test the shop that I'm bringing my vehicle to for service, to see for my personal reference if the shop is actually inspecting the proper parts of my vehicle or are they just making suggestions for a Money Grab. So with my situation, motorworld failed my test. They completely failed my test as a vehicle owner. They do not actually check your vehicle for safety/emissions or anything that they "suggest" for you to fix. It seems that they are only looking to make as much money from you as possible. I have been testing dealers/auto shops to see if I should trust where I am taking my vehicle for 20+ years. As a consumer, you need to know if the auto shop is legitimate or not being that they charge N exuberant amount of money to even look at your vehicle. Therefore after my test, I have concluded that my vehicle was not properly worked on as I requested! I will now try to find another Dodge Dealership that will actually give me what I pay for! Don't use MotorWorld, unless you want to be ripped off just because the lazy Mechanic wants to try to substantiate their job with recommending work to be performed.

The vehicle has 47000 miles and is under drivetrain warranty. I scheduled an appointment and was told I would be charged a $179.00 'diagnotic fee'. If the problem was under warranty I would not pay that. If it is not under warranty I paid the 179 plus costs of the repair. I couldn't believe what I was being told by the snotty service girl at the Jeep kiosk. I asked to speak with the manager. I told him it was a ripoff to charge this diagnostic fee especially since I was a loyal customer and bought the Jeep there. He said 'that's the way it is'. I told him if 'that's the way it is' then I will no buy another vehicle from Motorworld. His response, 'Oh, okay' and hung up. Wow. Stay away. Rude, ripoff artists.
