And waited. Over 7 days I waited for a response. When there was no response, I called and left a message. No one returned my call regarding death certificates. My third attempt at contacting them I showed up in person. I was told the death certificates weren't ready yet. Come to find out from the city where my individual passed, that they never ordered the certificates until AFTER I visited in person. I was told that they would call me after they received them. I waited 10 days. No phone call. I decided to show up yet again as this was the only way that they would answer me. Upon showing up, I was told that they were not ready as the death was under investigation. Not true. I had already paid for a death certificate privately and it was available without any issue. Then they told me that they hadn't arrived. Again not true. I had called and confirmed when they would be at the funeral home from the city clerk. The funeral service may have been well done, but the customer service I had was lacking. Tracy also comes off as sweet, but disappears quickly when she doesn't want to deal with an issue. I honestly would not recommend them based upon the treatment I received.

The death of a loved one is a time of deep distress and Arthur was wonderful in the way he worked with me and our family. I also want to note that I live in Austin, TX, so some of the coordination was done on phone/text/email. We had a Hindu religious ceremony and services and Arthur assisted ably with that.
