My mom passed away in San Antonio, TX and they coordinated with another funeral home and solved problems the one in San Antonio couldn't and transported her body from San Antonio to Little Rock. The staff was so courteous and caring and went out of their way to make me feel everything was under control because the last thing I needed was stress during that time. Craig and Mandy took amazing care of me and were patient with me during my constant barrage of questions and concerns. Also, the way my mom looked was incredible. It's almost as if they knew how she had looked all her life and she looked so peaceful and natural. They dressed her in an outfit my wife picked out and put the jewelry on her in such a classy way. The graveside funeral itself was such a special time for our family and was exactly what we wanted. Billy was so caring, patient and compassionate. I could tell this was more than just a job for him - he really cares about people and God bless him! We never felt rushed or pressured. I didn't know what to expect. I had heard horror stories of upselling, and even pressure sales at such a vulnerable time in folks lives. Mandy NEVER did that at all!! She was EXTREMELY gracious and pleasant. She was caring as she guided me through the process and helped answer questions and concerns I didn't even know I had. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed. Mandy herself has been so very helpful and gracious. Our funeral is this weekend, and thanks to Mandy and Smiths funeral home, I have been able to just mourn and not stress the process. Forever grateful!

I went to him in October 2025 to get a raised headstone marker for my parents. I was also going to do the same for my brother...who has been buried there 50yrs ago today‼ He first gave me a quote of $150...before he finished with me he had raised the price up to $350. Ok so Im grieving the recent loss of my Son, so rather than ask why $200 more, I paid him. Its been nothing but a run around, lie after lie, promise after promise until I called the State on him and get this, he encouraged me to call them. They called him and he lied to them. I have requested a refund already and thats not going to happen. I went to him in good faith...paid him an escalated price and git the run around. I've asked another cemetery to step in ro finish rhis and my brother's. He advised they had to go through him. I felt sick. I wonder if he's having some serious problems. I read a review from. a lady that said he did her the exact same way. Maybe he ront like women who pay him in cash and take his word the work will be completed in a couple weeks‼

We were from out of town, but came here because it was Mary's hometown and she would be buried here. Mary had severe mental issues, so she didn't have a lot of close friends. I am her cousin, and have been her guardian for 3 years, but her amazing caregivers were the people who really knew her well. So basically we were giving a funeral for a lot of people that I didn't know. They let me come in and handle things the way I chose to - more informally, because Mary was anything but formal, and they were respectful and loving and kind with every aspect. Many people from our family have had funerals at Roller and even though my memories of being there are sad, they handled everything with dignity, grace and respect for the family! Thank you, Roller, for making a difficult time as smooth and easy as possible. You are greatly appreciated!

My childhood best friend passed after a long battle of terminal cancer. The memorial was held at…read morethis beautiful monument in the outskirts of LR. Grounds were lush with ample parking. The service lasted a good hour and a half and the room was packed. I was fortunate to attend with my other childhood best friend and we sat with the family/friends in the reserved seating in front, as we both spoke at the service. The architecture is gorgeous and the staff was amazing throughout the entire service. Very well organized and the staff shared compassion and sympathy with all in attendance.
