It was good while it lasted I had them for few years. Close to five I believe. Here and there we had couple human errors which were corrected one way or the other. In after-COVID world a lot of us had to make some adjustments and count our resources and redistribute them in a more efficient manner. I figured that actually having them was not saving me anything. My wife likes cold water and I enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea right away, but other than that... We have fridges and tea pots and we live in a modest area with very long winters. So...one way or the other we are used to waiting much longer than one may consider reasonable. The straw that broke the camel's back was their leaky 5 gallon jugs. Like in 5 years there were few obviously leaking and they were replaced/refunded almost immediately, but then couple times there would be a plastic jug seating and leaking very slightly so it was not noticeable to the eye right away, but then all my floors will be wet and I would have to bring in huge fans to dry my household and to make sure there is no mold. So it was good while it lasted, but not the cheapest way to get water in the area. Few misses on delivery dates, but most annoying was storing water as I was never sure if there won't be a small leak and in winter it gets too cold to store those jugs outside. read more

I had this service for 3 years. Super happy with it until my debit card expired then when trying to get on line to update it my account was shut out. The next thing that happens is I am sent to collections and charged for a machine. Super disappointed by not being able to reach a human and fix this and now to be stuck with a paying for a water machine with no water that I would have much rather just continued service. Great service for about a year... Then a driver skips a delivery with no notice, customer service has no idea what is going on. They schedule a special delivery, it is rescheduled with no notice, then they do not show up on the day it was rescheduled too. It's now been 4 days that they say they are coming and never show up, again all this with no notice of any kind. It is a nightmare and I will be cancelling my service. Would not recommend anyone using their service. read more

Always delivered in a efficient manner but go to cancel and they forget who you are. Sat at home all day on the day they were supposed to come, they never came no call nothing. If I were closer I'd take the bottles and cooler and leave it on their door step. Plus customer service is a joke wait on hold for upwards of 30 mins plus and get the same result we will try reaching out to the local office. Culligan in Pocatello seems much better call and talk to someone local and only wait a matter of seconds. read more

I set up appointments 3 different days to have the service started at my house. I have taken 2 full days off work and they never showed. Not only did they not show up, they never called. I tried to visit the Twin Falls Mount Olympus store multiple times, they are never open. Customer service made several promises that my issues would be resolved.
