You have the options of registering in a league or taking some lessons or just coming here on your own to work out. It is located close to the 40 so it is easily accessed by car and there is plenty of parking at your disposal. It doesn't seem that public transit is very good around here so if you are coming here that way you might have issues. There is also a bike path leading to it so if you come by bike it is a little safer than having to cycle on Christophe Colombe, which is a very busy street. My review focuses strictly on the tennis courts because that is what I have used it for. They have lots of hard courts and they well-maintained. Unless there is a league or lesson going on you will generally have no trouble getting a reservation. A reservation is $14/hour but it gets reduced to $12 if you have the Accès Montreal card. My only beef is that some of the staff who take your payment seem disorganized and it takes longer than it should to pay and claim your court.

Olympia Performance is a brand new gym that just opened on the West Island. This gym is geared…read moretowards performance athletes and people who are serious about their training as it has some very unique and high-end features. The first thing that you will notice when you walk in the door is that they have a huge length of artificial turf running down the left side of the space. The owner, Steve, tells me that at 50 yards it is the longest of any gym in Montreal. The turf provides space for exercises that you could normally only do outdoors, such as 40 yard sprints, pushing sleds and bounding. On the right-hand side of the space they have an enormous scaffolding where you can let your inner "Ninja Warrior" loose on the rings, monkey bars and salmon ladder. The gym also has a peg board, Olympic lifting and a full complement of free weights and exercise machines. Additionally there is a spin room setup with CompuTrainers that are designed for performance cycling training. I've been there to workout a few times since they opened and I confidently say that the quality of the equipment and staff at Olympia is unmatched by any other gym that I've seen in the city.

The wedding ceremony and reception were held in a room on the second floor. The room comfortably sat 80 people and the joining room was used as the dance floor. The venue served some of the best food I've ever had at a wedding! The bride and groom at selected a burrata salad and filet mignon for the meal. Everyone's filet mignon was cooked to their liking, which is very rare at a wedding! All the staff at the venue were attentive and helpful. Highly recommend for special events!

Nice newish cardio machines, each one with their own cable tv, tons of group classes in 4 studios: dance, hot yoga, cardio, spinning. A pool, squash courts, a bistro, nice locker rooms, sauna and steam room and just overall really brilliant customer service and clientele. It is about double what you'd pay at Nautilus, but in my opinion it's worth every dollar. one of the best kept secrets of the city.
