Horrible Horrible office!! Don't go there!! They made a mistake in submitting the forms for routine testing following my annual exam and despite numerous phone calls, emails and attempts at in person contact refused to respond to me or to correct the mistake. They marked the tests as "not medically necessary" and so insurance wouldn't pay for them. So either they took my blood for frivolous reasons without my consent or they are careless and just don't care. The result is that I am now getting sued for the cost of the tests!! read more

I've had positive experiences here. From my experience, this feels like the most casual Mt. Sinai clinic I've experienced. Its small, but I think a few specialities practice here. it's not as bright and shiny as other Mt. Sinai clinics and it feels a bit outdated, but it's clean and the waiting room is kinda small. Mt. Sinai in general is becoming more technology dependent, so for check in, you're directed to check in via the iPad, for example. I think they also heavily rely on MyChart for scheduling and communication with your physician. I know a few other reviews stated issues with communication/hearing back, etc and I think this is just because the most efficient way is to use MyChart. Overall this location is ok. I come here because I like my doctor, more than anything. read more

I've often struggled to find a PCP and facility where I'm not left waiting over an hour to be seen. This has been, by far, the best doctor's office I've visited. Their platform makes it easy to view test results and ensures medical records are seamlessly shared across different EMRs. I would absolutely recommend this office. read more

I really don't like to leave bad reviews. That being said, I would be happy to rate this doctors office 0 stars if I could. BEWARE if you come here needing anything that needs any type of follow up, such as a prior authorization. The doctor assured me that I would not be left in the dark during the process, but that is exactly what happened. Their staff would not submit it for weeks and every time I called the people at the front desk asking for a status update, they would tell me that it would be another 24-48 hours to get a response - regardless of how many times I had called over multiple weeks! And just as a warning, if your insurance denies your prior authorization, forget it. I had to literally beg the front staff to do anything further to help my case. I submitted a request for an appeal weeks ago and to this day I've heard NOTHING. I asked to speak with my doctor about the medication my insurance was recommending (after additional weeks of calling the front desk and begging for help) and she refused to prescribe it. Her solution was to send me to another doctor with a 2 month long waiting list - forget it! At this point I can't stand to do this any longer. As of today, I am out of hundreds of dollars from the two visits there, still with no medication that I need after months of waiting, and a load of anxiety from this entire ordeal. Please take this review as a warning and DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE BY COMING HERE. There is a reason this place has terrible reviews, and I wanted to overlook it because of the locations convenience to where I live. Why is it that 3rd time in the row I'm the first appointment of the day and I still sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes?! Obviously no one values my time here - the fact that I'm on time and have to be late to work because they don't have their sh#% together! The male receptionist/nurse with an island accent is always the rudest and least professional. Today while waiting to be taken in, there was some drama about him not saving a fax record or something and he was huffing and puffing and yelling so loud trying to defend himself. This place is absolutely the worst to deal with. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to do anything to help you with records, results, etc. I've had doctors submit incomplete referrals and then waited HOURS on the phone to talk to someone to get an update (which then wasn't sent). Another time, I was waiting for very important test results and called about 15+ times in a week and then finally got my doctor to call me back after I messaged her directly. She then gave me the wrong diagnosis. I think they are extremely understaffed or else just horrible at their jobs here. read more

This is one of my worst experiences with a doctors office in NYC and that is saying something. Do not expect to be seen on time, to receive information on your blood work, your messages answered through their online portal, or to have your calls returned or even get through to the front desk. After over a month of trying to receive a call back, to review my tests, I was told to make a zoom appt. I feel it was a scam, as I was charged for another office visit!!! 2 stars because most people ignore one star reviews. The problem here is you have to separate the doctors from the front desk. The Dr. I saw Dr. Sacher deserves 5 stars all day every day. If you are considering her for a visit go for it! She's personally amazing. The problem lies with the horrendous front desk staff. They are currently 3 for 3 with bad interactions. They all seem annoyed at having to look up from their computer screens and just don't want to help...ever. As long as you do t have to deal with the font desk this place is great. Dr. Mandy Sacher is the best doctor I've seen in the city, but nothing is worth the stress this practice's front desk and billing will cause you. They gave me a procedure code, and I called Aetna to make sure it was covered (it was). They proceeded to use an incorrect code, omit a physician's name (making it out-of-network), AND send the bill to the wrong address. Undoing all of that took a million calls to different parties and having to visit the practice in person, and I'm still not 100% sure they've fixed this. If Dr. Sacher moves practice, I'm there in a heart beat, but until then, I would never go here for anything other than a simple physical booked through zocdoc. read more

I LOVE Dr. Sachar (5 Stars), she is sweet, funny, caring, and knowledgeable. The office is pristine, clean, and well-located. Unfortunately, the administration of this practice can be nightmarish. While everyone is friendly, expect to call NUMEROUS times if you need anything or even need the smallest question answered. Requesting records be sent once is not sufficient-- you will have to call several times. They may or may not pick up the phone. If they close at 5, expect them to stop answering the phones at 4:40. If you leave a message with the answering service (or 3), don't hold your breath, because you're probably not going to hear back. If a receptionist says she'll call you back, accept that she probably will not. Expect to call and call and call again. Call until you'd rather forsake your health than deal with their phone system another time. read more

I grew up in Minnesota and am lucky to have spent my whole life at the fantastic Mayo Clinic, so finding a new doctor and clinic in the city was nothing short of a little scary and seriously intimidating. I'd been putting it off, but unfortunately got hit with a sinus bug that needed some antibiotics... I just got back from my walk-in appointment. I arrived shortly after they opened at 8:15 and had to wait about 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. Not bad at all for a walk-in. The front desk staff and physicians assistants are great. They're not warm and fuzzy receptionists, but they're quick, delightfully sassy, and totally straight to the point. Dr. Reich was awesome. She was kind and helpful and even though I was a walk-in patient, made me feel like she really cared that I was getting the right diagnosis. I was in-and-out in just over an hour, and picking up my prescription just a few minutes later at the Northside Pharmacy on Driggs. Also worth noting, because I just started a new job and my insurance coverage hasn't begun yet, I paid for this appointment out-of-pocket. It was $125 to be seen, and Dr. Reich was more than honest and accommodating when it came to waiting to send out any tests until I've covered, so I wouldn't get hit with a massive labs bill. She also wrote me a prescription for a generic antibiotic that isn't terribly expensive, about $15. Overall, this place is great, clean, and speedy. Based on the phone calls the front desk was taking while I was waiting, it sounds like they get pretty busy, so I'd suggest calling ahead even if you're just looking for a walk-in appointment. The receptionists were super candid about how many providers are on-call and what their schedule looks like, so you'll have a good sense of wait times. read more

Dr. Reich is great (she gets 5 stars) but this place is a nighmare. It's almost impossible to get an appointment, and they don't allow you to walk in if you need something like a physical. The only appointments that are ever available are in the middle of the day for an hour or so, even though they have extended hours. On top of that, if you walk in you take the chance of being turned away, or an extremely long wait. Honestly, I wish Dr. Reich would just join a regular practice; I would happily follow her to another office. read more

I was a patient at this Beth Israel location back in December, when I was really ill. I used their walk-in clinic which doesn't require an appointment. Upon walking in the door, I noted that the facility was very clean. They had a tiny waiting area up front where patients can sit while waiting for their turn. The receptionists are nice enough, if you can get their attention. They tend to stay on task, ignoring your existence until you force them to acknowledge you. The wait time for the doctor was about 45 minutes during my visit. I was none too pleased with that, considering that I was having difficulty breathing. But the doctor was very nice and covered all of my concerns. They gave me the prescriptions I needed and I was on my way. All in all it was a 7 out of 10 experience. Today however, was an entirely different experience for me. The walk-in clinic was supposed to be open when I walked in. I went to the desk and the lone receptionist asked me what I needed. I said I was a walk-in with a sick visit, to which she replied that the only doctor on staff wasn't seeing any more walk-ins because they were slammed with appointments. There wasn't a single patient in the entire facility, so I'm guessing the doctor just wanted to get out of work early for the weekend. The receptionist then suggested that I go into Manhattan to their alternate location. I was so sick, and so upset that I left in tears as I dragged myself into the pit of hell to go to the doctor. Today's experience will prevent me from ever going back to this location. It's unacceptable that they turn patients away during their normal walk-in clinic hours. read more

I did have one video appointment with her where she seemed annoyed to speak to me and eager to get off the call as quickly as possible. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. read more

Good: 1) doctor Reich is personable and competent 2) easy to get appointments and prescriptions filled 3) right off of the Bedford L train Bad: 1) receptionist(s) sometimes difficult and dense 2) expensive (see below) My personal gripes: 1) nickel & dime style billing - ie you will be line-itemed for everything that happens in the clinic. If you don't have comprehensive health insurance, you are in the awkward position of asking about every little thing because the $125 you spend to see the doctor doesn't cover any actual procedures that doctor might perform. 2) standard blood test battery I received included at least one test (vitamin D-3) that is not considered 'preventative' under Obamacare and therefore I was billed for it separately ($150). I would have liked to have been advised that there might be an extra charge for some tests as I probably would have opted not to do the vitamin D and just take supplements during the winter. read more

The fact that anyone comes here I can only attribute to the relative scarcity of doctors in Williamsburg. Worst service I have ever received. First I called about 11AM and got a messaging service who apparently never forwarded my request for an appointment. I called back several hours later and found out I needed to do a walk in. Okay fine, but you could have told me that at 11AM, no? The day after my appointment, sick at home with a 103 degree fever and a cough so painful it felt as if hot pokers were being pushed into my lungs, I spent the entire day simply trying to speak to the doctor I had seen the day before so that I could get some cough suppressant. I phoned at 11AM, 1PM, 3PM, 430PM and 630PM. Nothing, zilch, no help. Wow, what a class act they run there. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I can second all the reviews that speak to the unprofessional conduct of the staff and the great doctors, on the other hand. The front desk rarely ever picks up the phone and if they do and if you tell them your request (i.e., ask for a referral or anything that requires them to call you back or take action), most likely nothing will get done and you won't hear from them. Most of the time the call is directed to a call service and, likewise, you cannot expect any results. The wait time for your appointment can take up to two months, partly because of the numerous messages you have to leave and wait until they call you back, and partly because the doctors are very booked, which is not helpful at all, especially if you have an urgent matter to attend. The only way to bypass the wait time is by messaging to your doctor directly on mychart, because it seems that this medium affords transparency and the doctors respond in 48 hours. Lastly, I recommend that if you schedule online via the site, make sure to take a picture of the reservation as it has happened to me that I showed up on the day I scheduled online and they said my reservation was not in the system. While they acknowledged the system has glitches, because I didn't have a screenshot, they asked me to reschedule (another few weeks of delay). Since I live in the neighborhood, the most effective way is to go there in person and ask for what you need, but even then, at times, they say they will call back with your request, and then you are in the unknown again. There is a huge culture gap and disconnect between the caring and professional doctors and the front desk personnel. I wish they retrained their staff or hired effective, problem solving staff. read more

This place is the worst. Don't come here if you actually need medical care. No one answers the phone and the front desk is the absolute worst. The gatekeeping that goes on here so doctors don't actually do their jobs is insane. Especially stay away from Nurse J Tomaszek. My daughter is prone to strep throat so she went in for a strep test and Nurse J Tomaszek coded the visit as a wellness visit as a result, my daughter cannot get a wellness visit this year. In addition, they have miscoded bloodwork from another visit causing my insurance to not cover that either and it took a lot of time and phone calls to get that sorted out. J Tomaszek swears that she can do a wellness exam when a patient has a sore throat and a high fever. It turned out that my daughter had covid. So in essence, J Tomaszek thinks it's good practice to give a wellness exam when someone is that sick. This place is all about the $$$ and will do whatever it takes to squeeze your insurance company for for more, even if it's at the expense of the patient. read more

Ok good thing first. I had a good experience with the doctor. She was nice, cordial and her knowledge in medicine was apparent. I felt comfortable in her care. The wait and the treatment by the nurses and assistants was abysmal. They were rude to the ill people in line (one patient was so sick she could barely walk and they summoned her over to the desk with only a hand gesture) and absolutely unhelpful. On top of this, they turn patients away repeatedly, so that they can take a lunch break. If you can make it to somewhere else, I suggest going somewhere else. read more

I'll begin my review by stating that I've never had an experience like any of the other reviews on this thread... it's unfortunate. I'm unsure as to whether or not it's the fault of the actual practice or the expectations held by these reviewers... it's a walk-in medical clinic... things can get pretty unpredictable and BUSY... get over it... (No offense)... I've been a patient of Dr. Shimelfarb for about 2 years now. I originally came to this clinic looking for a new primary as the ones in my neighborhood never seem to have the time or the waiting rooms are WAY too crowded. The doctors here (as I have seen a few "Shout Out to Dr. Reich!") are always helpful, never rush the exam and seem genuinely concerned with my well-being. (Refreshing is an understatement)... Their equipment is new, the office is clean and although the front desk staff can get pretty crazed, they're also pretty attentive. (again, this has been MY experience.) I'm pleasantly surprised that the wait time is never extremely long, even on busy and unpredictable days as they're also a walk in clinic. If they are, what can I say, it's a clinic... get over it... You won't wait more than 2 hours... (I've waited up to 5 other places, so this again is refreshing). I've recommended this office to a few friends and have also changed my children's primary's to them. So happy I found them and it is my sincerest hope that they keep the status quo. read more

I really like Danya Reich. I was nervous about leaving my doctor in the city, but really wanted someone close by. I am really satisfied with my treatment and care. Also, while I'm sure the complaints on here are legitimate, I have never had to wait an extreme amount of time. I feel like I have always waited for my appointments with doctors...so not really sure where these people went who got attention the moment they showed up, but good for them. Everyone has been really helpful. I don't know, to me, these complaints sound a little spoiled but dealing with your health can get really emotional. read more

The problem with this place is the service is non-existent. Firstly, there is no direct line to the centre, you call a service that leaves messages with them for callbacks, which never arrive. Secondly, they do not reply to the faxes from pharmacies requesting prescription refills. The problem is they are simply overbooked. I had to turn up in person to have my prescription renewed, where the receptionist told me she'd had the form all day but no time to attend to it. If this was a public hospital I'd understand, but it's a private practice that simply overstretches itself. In all fairness, the doctors themselves are thorough and the centre is very clean, if you can ever get in there. read more

I am so glad I chose to come here and not go to the ER! I had an exceptionally pleasant experience this morning with Beth Israel Medical Group. I walked in at around 9:30 and I was out picking up my prescriptions by 10:45. Dr. Enschede was great; she was kind, thorough, non-judgmental (I'm a smoker with bronchitis) and easy to talk to. I didn't feel ashamed talking about medical stuff that would usually make me nervous. I was honestly shocked that she spent as much time with me as she did. It was the most human experience I've had with a doctor in a long time. Beth Israel Medical Group took my insurance (CIGNA), and I will probably be going back the next time I need a check-up, or if I'm not better in a week or so. I am so happy this practice is in our neighborhood! read more

I don't know if you can really put a 4 or 5 stars to a health clinic, but this one is OK meaning 3 is appropriate. Walked in in the morning, filled the paper work and came back at 1pm to see a doctor. Waited maybe 10 min before seeing a nurse, then another 10 to see the doctor. She did a great job regarding what I had. It's a lot cheaper than the Beth Israel ER, and it's right in the middle of williamsburg. The location is brand new, very clean. read more

UPDATE: Decided to give this clinic another chance. My husband called for an emergency appointment for me. They didn't return his phone call until 8 hours later. Never again!! Staff is miserable, loud and rude. It takes the doctors about3 weeks to reply to any emails & if you have any questions/concerns she doesn't suggest anything or doesn't seem to care. I've tried numerous of times to give this place a chance. You're better off going across the street to CityMd (better service/staff/doctors). read more

We love the doctors at this practice and decided to go with Dr. Melethil as our newborn baby's pediatrician. We are regretting that decision now and not because of Dr. Melethil, but because of the staff. It takes literally days to get a hold of the reception desk to answer the most barebone questions - they routinely turn off the phones and let the phone calls go to a mount sinai call center - folks there take a message which never gets returned. When I want to book a well visit for our baby a month in advance I was being told that Dr. Melethil only has open slots two months from now. So then I have to write Dr. Melethil a note who then tells her staff to give my daughter an appointment earlier, then they have to call me... It's a whole messy situation and I have spent hours advocating for my child to see her doctor. We are throwing in the towel since babies need access to their pediatrician and this practice is doing everything in their power to prevent that. I will stay on as a patient, but I only need a doctor once a year, so if you are that kind of patient you will be fine with this practice. This problem with the office staff has been going on for years and unfortunately, there is no will on Mount Sinai's end to fix the situation. Scheduled an appt for my daughter to get a physical. Good thing I called ahead before taking her because they had no record of the appointment. While the doctors at this office are great, that doesn't make a difference if your appointments are mangled by the front desk who also frequently don't pass along messages. One time I needed an emergency prescription for my asthma and the front desk said they would have a doctor call. I called back and the other person who answered said there was no record of me calling. There are tons of reviews on Yelp and on other social media talking about these issues with the front desk which have been going on for years. If they really cared they would do something about it. In addition, when you get your blood work done and there are abnormal results, they don't call you to discuss them. You have to look at the results and pretend you are a doctor to interpret them... read more

I've been coming here for the past few years but never again. I discovered my birth control prescription (which I've been on for over a decade) had run out on the Friday before a Monday departure for a three week trip to East Africa. Got ahold of someone at Mt Sinai who said my doctor wouldn't be in until Monday, but she'd give it to her first thing. Monday morning rolls around and I call Mt Sinai, and the receptionist confirms to me that my doctor she sent the prescription in that morning. But then when I call the pharmacy they say no, they received nothing. I call Mt. Sinai and get another receptionist who says I can't have the prescription because it's been a year since I was last in. She seemed completely apathetic to my case and uninterested in helping at all. I plead with her, explain the case, and she says she'll see what she can do. I call back two hours later - getting increasingly frantic because I have to leave for the airport - and the receptionist says the doctor is still with patients and she doesn't know when she'll be done. At this point I pull the plug and go to Urgent Care to get my damn birth control prescription. I never even heard back from Mt. Sinai, which apparently doesn't care to help women maintain control over their own bodies. On top of this, the time before this latest incident, I took off work and showed up for my appointment, only to be told that it had been randomly cancelled. Don't bother. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience just left me flabbergasted. I booked an appointment on ZocDoc with Dr. Maria Reichel. I had all of my forms filled out before my appointment. I arrived no more than 5 minutes after my appointment time, proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for anyone to help me at the front desk, was asked to give them my ID and insurance, and then after another phone call on their end was told that I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and I would have to reschedule..... ?? Not sure how any of that makes sense AT ALL. They didn't even offer to help me book another appointment, they said I would have to go online and book... Isn't that part of your job?? If I could give zero stars to this office I would. It's really unfortunate because the NP I saw there was absolutely wonderful but I have no desire to go back. I made my appointment online and specified it was for a complete physical with Pap smear and bloodwork. When I went there I was told I needed to break it into two appointments since my insurance might not cover both in one visit (which I think actually might not be true but I went with it), so I did the Pap smear and was told to make an appointment to return for bloodwork in a week. Before I left I made my follow up appointment for the bloodwork. When I returned for that appointment today, after I had checked in and waited, the nurse came out and called me up and seemed really annoyed with me saying that I couldn't get bloodwork done because I hadn't booked the appointment in the system as a "Physical with bloodwork". I tried to explain that that's what my initial appointment was booked as and I was told I had to split it into two appointments, and that when I booked the follow up nobody asked what type of bloodwork or asked any questions. After a few Moore minuted waiting she then took me into the room so I thought something had been worked out, but then she continued to explain that I could get one specific test today if I wanted but would have to come back a third time for full bloodwork. She was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge there was any miscommunication on their end and made no effort to apologize for any inconvenience or show any sort of empathy at all. If they had at least apologized for not clarifying things initially and made an appearance of trying to help me I would've understood, but it felt like I was being blamed for inconveniencing them somehow.I tried to talk to one of the front desk gentlemen but he couldn't care less. They were fully booked and I came to Beth Israel N7th as a walk-in. Therefore, no points taken off for a long wait ( I was there for ~1.5hrs, for 10 minutes of Dr. Time) . The doctor was an efficient good listener. She gave me the prescription that I needed, but also let me know about possible alternative therapies. I would go back for sure. read more

I was a client at beth israel on north 7th about a week ago. The wait was normal for a walk-in clinic and the environment was very relaxed and comforting. I went in for a normal physical and some testing. I was reading the yelp reviews for this establishment as I was waiting and didn't have the highest of hopes at all. I don't remember the doctors name that I saw but she was very insightful and delightful. She told me to call in 10 days for the test results if I didn't get a phone call in a week. One week later I got a phone call of my test results on time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a medical facility. I will definitely refer my friends and relatives like it was referred to me. Thank you beth israel. read more

I'm not a person that goes to the doctor however; as you get older its best to know your not going to just topple over and die @40. I wasn't sure about this clinic but I decided to give it a try. I had a full physical from Dr. Reich who if I must say is a great doctor. She was professional and approachable, she listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I found the receptionist to be friendly and in their defense, the phones are always ringing so they have to answer them. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to get my test results quickly and prescriptions can be sent via computer to the pharmacy of your choice. I have not had a primary physician in many years, I'm considering this clinic to meet my needs in the future. They accept many health insurances and will inform you first if they think it will be a problem with payment. They are still under renovation however; the facility is bright, clean and spacious. I'm thankful they are in the area and wish them continued success. PS I could have saved myself to ER visits if I had just gone to them first. read more

I have to chime in with the rest of these negative reviews after my most recent experience. I've dealt with the numerous inconveniences brought on by this office just simply not answering the phone before, but after today I'm just about DONE. Don't get me wrong, if I could just remove Dr. Enschede and have her open her own private practice, I would. She is amazing. All of the doctors are loved and great at their job. It's too bad they have clowns supporting them. Dr. Enschede ordered me a chest x-ray and the staff neither provided me with a referral or a HIP number that I needed to give the imaging center. I had to call to get the referral and then when I show up to the appointment, it seems I also need a HIP number. Should be no problem, just give the office a call and get one. EXCEPT NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. So I've left work early, paid for a parking spot, sat in this waiting room for 45 mins and I can't even get what I need done. All because of their inability to answer the phone. I'm pissed so I drive over to the office just as their closing to see if they can generate one for me. By the way, this is usually the only way to get things done, by showing up in person. Even if its a simple question. While I'm there I inquire why no one, not even an operator, answers the phone. The woman tells me she's the only one there and "should she stop drawing someones blood to answer the phone?" NO YOU SHOULD HIRE A RECEPTIONIST, DUMMY. This is just not any acceptable way to run a business. You can't just ignore the phone during business hours, especially when peoples health is on the line. They just don't understand or care how inconvenienced anyone else is. It's no problem for them if you waste your whole afternoon running around trying to get a simple question answered. I have never had such a bizarre and unprofessional experience at a medical office. I had a 9:30am appointment with Dr. Reich. It was my first time seeing her for a gynecological exam and I was referred to her. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and waited patiently until 10:15 (45 minutes.) I then went to the front desk to check in & politely ask when they expect my appointment will begin. The nurses then told me she had quadruple-booked and accidentally taken some walk-ins prior to taking me. I replied calmly "OK, I understand." They then took me to a back exam room and left me there alone. From the room, I can hear Dr. Reich complaining (loudly and publicly) that she "doesn't know what to tell THESE PEOPLE" and that "they can either go out and get lunch, come back and deal with it, or go elsewhere." The nurse comes back in to tell me it will be another 30+ minutes at least (over 75 minutes past my scheduled appointment.) While walking of the room back to the waiting room, Dr. Reich says "I don't know what to tell you, It's terrible here. It's like this every day. I want to walk out of here too" (meaning leave her job...) and I said "Ok, I'm not sure what to do, so should I be finding another doctor?" She says "Yea probably." I have never experienced something so unprofessional, rude, and upsetting. I took a day off work to come see this doctor & expected to be treated with a little dignity, respect, and at least professionalism, particularly given the intimate nature of the appointment and given that she works at Mt. Sinai medical center. I am absolutely in awe of her unprofessionalism and the way she spoke to me and about her other patients, all within ear-shot. I am not remotely a sensitive person but the experience brought me to tears. Beware before booking with this doctor. read more

Most incompetent staff ever. Never called in my meds after a month. Whenever I return a missed call no one knows who or why they called me. Doctor sees patient in between visits so I was left in the room for over 20 mins. Def will look for a new internist. read more
