A very cool playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, a walking trail, gazebo sitting and most shockingly of all a full blown skate park. Who knows maybe the next tony hawk is practicing now in small town mount Washington? Took my 4 daughters along with some friends here for the fist time ever today. My one year and six year old loved the playground and swings. Played for hours. My two older daughters tried out the state of the art skate park. Which I was shocked how elaborate it was. In the whole metro Louisville area I can only think of one other skate park and that is in downtown Louisville. They had a blast there. They borrowed a friends skateboard and they really took a liking to it. I've already been sent Amazon links from both of them asking for a skateboard so I'm sure I'll be back here once that happens. I enjoyed sitting back and relaxing and watching them have fun. Plenty of spots to sit and relax and an easy small concrete walking trail that circles the park amenities and beautiful landscape. Very impressed by this park. Very well upkept and lots of cool and fun activities for all ages. We will absolutely be back to This hidden gem several times. Absolutely worth checking out!

The facility is the home to St Stephen Martyr but is uniquely located across the road from the campus on with its own private parking lot and setup. The gym is really large and boasts the space and setup for multiple indoor gymnasium sports and also sports a pretty nice outdoor playground. My main reason for visiting was supporting my daughters volleyball team who plays in the CSAA youth leagues for local Lousiville private schools. Setup inside was nice and court was in good conditions. Concessions Where open and it was an inviting game time atmosphere. No real complaints from Me.

FT Knox is showing out with this gym!!! I mean nothing but the best for soldiers and I love love it! This gym has a cardio area upstairs with anything you can think of. It also has an indoor walking /running track. It's really great equipment. It almost looks brand new. I haven't been to any other gyms here on the installation but honestly after seeing this place I don't need anything else. The only down fall is that they are not open on the weekends. But I usually do cardio on those days and there is plenty here in the hotel for that so no biggie. There is also a huge basketball court as you enter the gym. It's well maintained! Finally there is a SAuna!!!!! I say again there is a sauna!!!! Wayyyyy to go MWR !! Like I said this gym is showing out " that is slang for being awesome" by the way. So all courts all available during open play and even the bouncy house. It's was fun and nice to play indoor soccer, volleyball and basketball. However there were a few spots on the benches and floors that were a bit sticky from a slipped drink or something else. The women's bathroom was clean and stocked. They have a snack bar too with concession options. But there wasn't staff man it at the time we tried to get snacks and drinks. Overall great place and kids had fun and loved the soccer field and basketball courts.

They have a huge parking lot - it's fairly hectic with families leaving and coming in so hold tight to little hands. 10 & under are free, kids above that are $2 and adults are $5. They have separate entrances for players and cheerleaders. Inside are multiple courts and a large concession for food and snacks. It's chaotic and confusing, but they do have an information desk that holds the schedules for the night's games. They must play 15-20 games on the same night! My son and I watched a game on court A, which is large and has lots of leg room. We then watched another on a smaller court and it wasn't nice seats but instead bleachers. Super tight space. Most people weren't masked but with this crowd I'd highly recommend it. Stay safe!

There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, and other sports fields. The facility has several soccer fields, baseball fields, a nice upgrades playground and even and outdoor fitness center for the community. I've taken the kids here a few times to play on the playground and recently went here to watch my daughters friend soccer game. Really nice facility to host sporting events with ample enough parking and wide open spaces. Overall a very nice addition to the mount Washington community and a very fine place to either play and relax or take in or participate in a sporting event.

This park is a hidden gem back in the Berrytown, Anchorage community. There are tennis courts,…read moreabasketball court, a full-size softball field, picnic tables, grills, a playground, a swingset, restrooms, and (in need on repair) horseshoe pits. The park is just off LaGrange Rd -- turn onto Heafer Road and you'll see the park in about a 1/2 mile. The parking lot is small, but sufficient for this very quiet park tucked away in a residential neighborhood. It appears to be managed by Metro Parks, but could use some work. No walking or running path here. The softball field benches appear to have been broken and remain unfixed. On the Horshoe pits, there's only one pole. There is a restroom building, but I can't speak to the cleanliness of it because it was locked for the winter. There's also a water fountain, but it to was turned off. I assume, for the winter. This park would be a perfect place for a quiet family get together, or a pick up game of softball, basketball or kickball. Perhaps us yelpers should use this location for our next kickball UYE.

The tennis courts seem to be used just about every day during lunchtime and after 5, even when it's chilly. The playground is full of kids playing and in the warm weather there's a splash park. This is an amazing community park that seems to have a lot of birthday parties on the picnic tables and friends gathering in the green space.
