Unlike other companies that I called for help with my furnace which is only 4 years old the people…read moreat wellers came out 2 days in a row and fixed the issue and only charged me $111.00 for the repairs. Other copmanies told me it would have to be replaced at a cost of over $4,600 thankfully I had called wellers otherwise I would have been out that much money. Btw even $4,600 is a lot cheaper than others that asked for 16k to $20,000 for a replacement, be carefull their a lot of theiving Co. out there. I would highly recommend weller's for all your heating and cooling problems and will use them from now on. Page mechanical group is also good but don't upset there service repairman or ask too many questions, (if you have never had a funace before it's hard not to ask a ton of questions when they go bad) that will get you blacklisted from there services, it's been over 4 years since either I or my wife upset them with too many questions and were now blacklister for life, I know because I called them and even apologized (for what I still don't know) and there response was that they have to care for there worker's. that tells me little about what we said to offend them and that they have soft skin so be careful not to upset them if you decide to ghive them a call.

Sherry purchased an HVAC maintenance contract from Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air last year…read more Since she works an early shift, she asked me if I could meet the technicians for her service appointment this morning. She said they had committed to be there sometime between 8 and 11, but had told her they would try to be there at 8:00. This morning at about 7:45 AM Sherry received an email and a text message saying the technician was on his way, and both included the technician's photo. At precisely 8:00 AM, the truck pulled up to Sherry's house. I was greeted by a clean cut and professional young man named Chris, who introduced me to his trainee Colton. The first thing Chris asked is if I was OK with where he had parked his truck. Chris explained they would need access to Sherry's HVAC unit, the compressor, and the thermostat. They laid out a mat in front of the HVAC unit to catch any debris that may escape during cleaning, and when they came inside for me to show them the thermostat location, they put protective covers on their shoes. They presented me with an iPad for signatures authorizing the work they were performing, said the service would take from one to one and a half hours and that they didn't need me to stick around, and that they would leave a written report on Sherry's counter when they left. As I left, Colton was *wiping down* the inside access door of Sherry's HVAC. I'm a process guy, so when a company exhibits process perfection in their customer interaction I am confident that they will follow that process even if I'm not there to watch, and that everything else in the back of house is in order. Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air is one of those companies.

The price they quoted me for a simple kitchen faucet replacement was $700…read more I said no that's not going to work and so he looks a little bit in his book and then he says how about a 120 I said okay so how does it go from 700 to 1:20 it's a complete rip off stay away stay away stay away because when he left I paid him and then I went in and looked at the faucet and it's backwards seriously but I'll tell you what once I paid him he's skedaddled out of here
