I have dealt with Mountain Alarm since 1999 when it was Kenco Security and never had a problem. Then they were sold to some rip-off company in Texas and my monthly charge went up by 20% with no warning abd no reason. Monday I will be call C-K Tech to see about switching. Turned away project where we really needed help. Basically communicated that they were not interested and going to pass on the work. They evidently don't need the work. We however are in a small neighboring town in Montana, have virtually no vendors, and desperately needed someone to help us with our fire control system. Definitely not a good choice. read more

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an 8:30 a.m. time to set up service at my home. When making the appointment, Kenco said they don't use a window of time but will show up at the specific appointment time. The morning of the appointment I called just to confirm and was informed they should be there any minute. At 9:05 I called after no one showed up to find out they were in a staff meeting but could leave now and be there by 9:45. I have such a negative impression of this company that I will now look for other options. Get it together Kenco!! read more
