They have great products, particularly their checking accounts for which there are no account fees for your normal banking needs, and honestly even things you might not use too often usually have little or no cost too. 3. Their online bill pay has worked flawlessly for me for 7 years now - I've never had a problem with a bill not getting paid on time. 4. Service is almost always friendly and helpful regardless of location, even at the smaller branches in grocery stores. So why did I pick this particular location to review? Well it's my closest major branch, and they have all the services including the things you can't do at most grocery stores/smaller locations. E.g. notary services, automatic coin deposit machines (which don't charge you a single penny - excuse the pun - in commission) and just staff who will help with any little concern you might have. Plus of course a great drive through. If I had any even slight complaint, it would be reliability of their web sites and some old fashioned design that makes them not always work correctly on things like tablet devices. But this is minor, when it works, it always works correctly. And I tend to nit pick these kind of things due to my profession, I can make similar complaints against many banking establishments, and having worked in the banking sector also can tell you when it comes to technology they are still mostly in the 1970's with a "nice" web front end bolted on for good measure! So AFCU gets a pass here even though they might not be as "nice looking" as some others. It gets the job done!
