Really nice RV Park with level, decent sized sites. The park is clean and well maintained. There is a small store where you can purchase knickknacks and supplies. There is propane for sale on site. Walking trails towards the back of the park are available. The Wi-Fi works really well if that's a necessity for you you'll be pleased. The owners of the park are accommodating and personable. This is a pet friendly, family friendly RV park and we recommend it.

They had a little trail area that my dogs loved walking and smelling

We enjoyed our stay here. We tried calling earlier in the day but no one answered so we didn't have reservations but came in after hours and they had envelopes for us to choose from. We got a spot and were there for a bit and then we ended up getting a monthly spot! Loved our time there, close enough to all the stores and fun destinations in town. My dogs liked the dog park and trail. I would go back, it was nice. Definitely not a resort though so keep that in mind. Also enjoyed the clean bathrooms and laundry room.

I came here with my husband and two dogs in early June. We were in Redding visiting friends. I chose this park because of the high rating. After experiencing this place, I'm a bit surprised it's a 4.5 star. There is nothing special about this place that would earn an almost perfect score. It's just ok. Bathrooms were clean. There was a pool and a jacuzzi. Almost all sites had a small patch of gravel and a small patch of grass. On the welcome map they tell you not to put mats on the grass, the sprinklers come on every night and not to let your dogs relieve themselves in any area but the designated dog area. This part bothered me because the designated dog area was foxtail city. To get to the dog area was also filled with foxtails and stickers of all types. As far as sprinklers go, it was raining and they didn't turn them off. I don't think they turn the sprinklers on in the dog area. I did feel safe there. Also, they are still requiring masks in the office. Be sure you have one when you check in.

This place was beyond relaxing. Super quiet and peaceful . The freeway is next to you but you can barely hear it. We were given space 103 and able to check in early. All our paperwork was there waiting since you have no contact with the office due to Covid. The amenities are closed also but it was fine since we had full hookups. This place is very clean! You will not find trash anywhere. The camp host came around on his cart and checked everything out daily to make sure everything was clean (garbage cans) and orderly . I would recommend this place and will be returning. We really enjoyed our space for the fact we had some grass and it was very level. It was a great base camp to safely leave our trailer and venture out. I wish we could of had one more day, I didn't want to leave.

This was our second time camping at this park and it is a great stop over for us when heading to Oregon. The sites are clean and enjoyable. I didn't use the restrooms or the showers, but they were open this time for us. Some sites run along a hill, so not all sites have a nice flat area to sit out on. But love the mountain trees and environment. We stayed in site 26 this time. This will continue to be our destination when heading to Oregon.

More or less Ok as a stopover. Was merely whelmed. Stayed one day and then headed south.

We booked same-day by phone, and received a confirmation email with instructions for after-hours self-checkin. Upon arrival, we picked up a personalized envelope containing a park map and rules, amenities key card, and directions to the assigned spot for our 40' RV. Lovely grounds with paved roads, concrete parking pads, and a landscaped picnic area for each site. If clean and spacious bathrooms matter to you, you'll love the ones here! We didn't stay to use the other resort amenities, though the pool area, social house and shaded path benches looked inviting. Thank you, Premier, for our first experience with a first-class RV Resort!

The 3 gals we came in contact with in the office were super nice. 2 nice large off leash parks we didn't use but the grounds have plenty of green grass areas and doggy pots. Now if you are gonna call yourselves Premier and Resort you definitely need to upgrade your cable and Wi-Fi. Though we did get many channels with our antenna. We also had good Verizon cell service so I didn't use the Wi-Fi. We will stay here again during a time when it's not 110 degrees.

The staff at check-in were friendly, although the introduction to the campground rules felt more like a lecture than a welcome. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by what I believe is a lack of management oversight after hours. During our stay, loud music continued well past quiet hours in the tent camping area. Another evening required a response from law enforcement after a loud physical altercation between campers. We were told that there is onsite management overnight however that manager works during the day and he "needs some rest". The emergency contacts that the emergency phone number connects to live about 10 miles away so there is a lag between call and response. For a campground of this size, that was disappointing and concerning. When I attempted to discuss these concerns with ownership, I expected a respectful conversation. Instead, I felt dismissed. Rather than listening to my concerns, the owner was rude, interrupted me, mocked my comments and made fun of me (this was shocking as he was representing KOA to a guest) and kept the campground manager present throughout the conversation. It did not feel like my concerns as a paying guest were taken seriously. I also observed an energized electrical panel for the RV hookup side of the park that appeared to be using window air conditioners and a patio umbrella as part of its cooling setup. While I am not an electrician and cannot say whether it met code requirements, it did not inspire confidence that guest safety was a priority as anyone could reach in and touch the live open panel. This campground has many positives--a clean park, beautiful location, and friendly staff at arrival--but good facilities cannot make up for inadequate overnight management, poor handling of guest concerns, and a customer service experience that left me feeling disrespected. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future because this campground has the potential to be an excellent destination.

This year, we and our camping buddies have decided we will not be returning. 1) The sites we were in, and those around us were not made for our size trailer (30'), or anything bigger. Not made for slides. The trailer in the site next to our friend's had its slide opened onto their site's picnic table. They were putting fifth wheels into small spaces with no room for the tow vehicle, so people were parking in the road. Also, absolutely no shade in our sites and there were continous power outages. 2) They have always been very dog friendly, and we have brought our dogs every time. This time, an employee (owner?) approached our site on foot, and one of our dogs barked twice. No growl, no snarl, just two barks. We were told that was not acceptable and the dog would have to be quiet, it might scare someone, and they could be sued. There were dogs barking all over the park. Wonder if they got a talking to as well. Too bad, we always enjoyed our visits to this KOA.

The issue is the sound carries straight across the little water recess between the Group and Main campsites and those groups are TERRIBLE. 2 years ago, it was music blaring and people screaming well past 1 am. This year, it was the exact same with the addition of these awful people setting off 5 LARGE fireworks after midnight. Absolute BS behavior at the height of fire season no less. And we observed that during sunset many of the local turkey vultures perch on the trees right above those very sites for the evening :( Either get a camp host to watch this place passively or keep losing guests to the social contract breakers in the Group Sites ONE out of FIVE
