Justin at Mountain Mac in Hayesville, NC is GREAT. Had a major problem with my MacBook Pro with malware hijacking the system. My email accounts, SAFARI, etc. also failed to function; i.e., the MacBook Pro turned into an expensive paperweight. The owner, Justin, is super nice, very helpful and knows literally everything about Apple products, and explained what I needed and what was wrong with my computer in simple laymen's terms. Didn't charge me a dime for the consult! When I take it back in a few days to have him look at it more he gave me a very reasonable estimate.
