I really, really, really wanted to support Mickey and be a long standing customer…read more First he made me wait six months to schedule installing a simple wifi booster to my home to reach an exterior building. Then he showed up, slapped a butt-ugly dish on the outside of the house (had I seen it first I never would have agreed to it) and didn't bother finishing the job. He swore up and down that he'd come by two days later, we made an appointment, and he didn't show up. He had my phone number, but did not call. Two weeks later I went into his store and he said "Oh I lost my phone" as if that excused his no-show and his failure to stop by the house to let me know what was going on. Besides these inexcusable behaviors, before this happened I tried shopping for parts at his store frequently and he was wrong with his "knowledge" at least half of the time. This guy is a trainwreck to be avoided at all costs.

Very difficult to speak to anyone other than a call center phone operator…read more Had me jump through many preparation hoops, emphasizing on me being prepared, sending photos, double checking that someone would be off work and home at 10:00 AM. The cancelled 29 min before the schedule install. When I called to reschedule or speak to someone, it was as if I was bothering them. Likely a big national group using inexperienced and unreliable local companies that will only work you in around their "real" customers. I recommend sticking with BestBuy or another local company you know and trust.
