She called me at 2 p.m, and went on to tell me that they need to set up their day to make sure they are not criss-crossing the city. That is fine, but once you make your plan why not contact your customer and let them know. Cindy doesn't care to hear any of this, "that is their policy". She is not concerned with any of your problems. I think for the price, they could have someone answer the phone and update you on when they will be arriving. The movers acted professional and worked quickly once they arrived. But don't expect any customer service. They will get to you when they get to you. We have another piano at another location to move, and we certainly won't be calling CW Piano movers. $542.60 to dispose of a piano

I wish that I could give this company a big 0! Scheduled a move 2 months ago. They showed up 3…read morehours late with only 2 movers instead of the 3 that I'd agreed to pay for at $140/hr. The two then refused to work unless I provided them (God help me!) with masks and gloves! After doddling around for the better part of an hour outside of my apartment doing nothing but blabbering on a cell phone, they disappeared and returned with their "essential" gear. I just fired them on the spot and spent less than 1 hour hiring another company that displays more professional service although I'll have to wait two days to get them in action. Hope it works out.

They invoice me $2000 + for 12 hours for three guys. For this type and kind of money, they are not even near $500 range due to lack of service and rude manager. Dent my wall, no sheet lay on my floor before entering my property, throw my item out the curb side without asking me, I had to end up going back to pick up my children kitchen set. Dent my wall and didnt want to admit it and say these things happen. Broke my marble table, they stack things on top of my valuable and scratch my furniture and much more. If they cannot do and provide good service they need to give lower rate to gain that experience not charging me $2000 + with three weak guys who canny carry things and fast enough to make the move easy. I was expected to move out by 6 pm they lead on still at my house at midnight and it's a bungalow. Don't be fool by the price they said $100/hour. That man does not get pay $50/ hour for snoozing and taking their time. please give you feedback once you used them but iam saving time and money writing this so people are not rip off and be stressful for their move. I couldn't sleep after the move having the manager come to my house 1 am dealing with tissue that he didn't want to fix abs ask me to pay full before he fixed it. he even yell at my house and told the guys not to move my things and unload this is their moral and irressponsible manner. It's 5 am and I had to write this review so other don't get abuse and disappointed by the company.
