The pricing is unbeatable, and I've used them twice now. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. Throughout both moves not a single thing was broken, came up missing or was otherwise mishandled. Then to top it all off after they did such an excellent job I wrote them a check which frickin bounced! I haven't bounced a check in twenty years, but I wrote this from an old bank account which was closed without realizing I grabbed the wrong check book. No matter, Joe was very understanding and we met up and took care of it. I expected him to be super unhappy about it but he just shrugged and said these things happen. He's just a super nice guy, a great mover, and overall a godsend when you need to make a smooth transition into a new place.

Expected to pay the same price per hour for a trainee standing around on his phone or in your bathroom for 30 minutes as you do for a mover actually doing something productive. I added up time on the clock doing in my bathroom to almost 90 minutes. This was the only moving company I used or recommended for years - the change in values with the change in ownership has guaranteed I'll never use them again.

They are very professional and polite. On the day of the move, 4 men with 2 trucks arrived ready to work and move a 4000sf home of furniture! We had the 75 + boxes arranged neatly in the garage to help assist. They wrapped the furniture including a piano and heavy stone table with apparent ease. It seems the men prefer to use muscle power rather than dollies and they were so fast and efficient. They arranged the boxes like Lego blocks. They even moved my 5ft horse sculpture carefully. My husband and I were so impressed. They had great attitudes and appeared to love their work. They don't take tips so instead, we gave a donation to The Delancey Street foundation as we found out they are a self-supporting industry that helps these men recover from addictions. The money provides clothes, shoes, supplies for them and helps the business flourish. You can clearly witness that their program is successful! Their policies and program are working as they produce courteous, ethical, and respectful hardworking men! We highly recommend this great organization to anyone that needs movers!

Short move from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and they didn't finish unloading till two AM in the morning (they had told us we would be easy since they did all the packing the day before for us at an additional expense).
