Dr. Weber was very patient in explanations and did a wonderful job on the surgery. Dr Owen and Kayla were attentive about my anesthesia needs and were very helpful and patient! In recovery I had an amazing nurse Jesse! Jesse was so patient and kind and really helpful, did a great job explaining post op care and overall made the experience very smooth. I do think Jesse was exceptional because of the extra care that was put into seeing me as my genuine self as well, on top of all of the other tasks that are needed to be done in post op!

He is up on the latest techniques, takes his time, and listens. He took my case when others wouldn't due to my weight. My outcomes have been great. His PAs are terrific. I will say his office staff seem very overworked and harried, and the facility where I had my knee done (Lincoln Surgery Center) was abysmal. But that's not Greenhow's issue, other than he associates with them.

I have also heard great things about her husband, Dr. Chris Lafantano, who specializes in the neuromuscular and rehab side of osteopathy. I was referred to this facility by people I know and trust, and now refer friends of mine who are in need of a great family practice or joint specialist. I have never had to cancel unexpectedly, so I am unfamiliar with their policy. Every time I have had to schedule an appointment, however, they always get me in within a day or two, if not that day. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was able to get me within a couple hours.

I've booked two appointments with Dr. Cooperman, and both times he was 45+ minutes late with no explanation or apology. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. That said, Dr. Cooperman is a really nice person and seems to know what he's doing as far as adjustments are concerned. (Hence the two stars instead of one.) He's just not a good fit if you have a tight schedule. I guess my search for a consistent osteopath continues.

However, I was able to get an assessment of several radiologists - the consensus opinion was that at best, the difference was 1/8th of an inch. Most people go through life not knowing that one leg may be up to an inch longer than the other. So a maximum difference is a bulls eye. I deleted my initial comment once I got a good report. Loucks is an outstanding surgeon.

I am very disappointed in the "care" I received from Dr. Loucks. I did not get to see him until 3…read moremonths after going through their series of shots for knee pain. I was then allowed to get an MRI. I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for an appointment with Dr. Loucks at which time he spent all of 10 minutes with me telling me I had been walking around on a broken femur.. I am still having pain. I had to pursue what kind of exercise I could do. The only thing he offered was to get treated for osteoporosis.

As a surgeon, he is a "fixer" of problems. Office visits for a first or second opinion are booked out well in advance for good reason.

It's an average PT office. Came here a few times to accompany a patient for moral support. 1st time…read more, walked in and asked to make an appointment, doors were open and nobody was at the desk around noon, they go on lunch. People got to eat. Somebody happen to come out and explain that there are 2 desk stations , one for Orthopedic doctor visits and another for PT visits. They told us to come back in a bit later and someone would help. Came back and made an appointment and asked if they could call with the co-pay amount, they said they would call 24 hours before the appointment with that amount. No phone call was given. 1st appointment had to be cancelled by them because the PT woman got sick , rescheduled with a different PT person. Very thorough 1st appointment. He was very good. Heard around the office that people were getting ill. Came back a second time , overheard one PT guy telling his patient he was ill and the patient said she had gotten sick too. We got sick and now another PT person said he was sick. Geeze thats an issue and this place needs to get a deep clean.
