He agreed to warrantee his work but never came out personally to inspect the failed sealcoat. Numerous emails and phone calls later, several months later a crew of 2 showed up a filled 4 or 5 cracks over a 10 minute period with a promise to return and complete the warranted job. When they failed to return, I was able to speak live with Ben once after 4-5 additional calls when he again promised to complete the job. Again, no shows. The other side of the duplex had to have his driveway reseal coated in preparation for sale. I held out hope Ben would live up to his commitments which never happened. Today, I had a real seal coat company re-seal coat and the driveway looks great. Stay away from Sun up Seal Coat.
