The whole church was beautifully decorated for the season. There were two official photo stations for families, but honestly, you could take a picture anywhere and still get great Christmas vibes. There was a huge Christmas tree in the center of the lobby and giant nutcracker statues by the entrance--super festive. They also had several drink stations with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, apple cider, plus cookies for everyone to enjoy. The service itself was wonderful. The message really focused on the heart of Christmas and our Savior, Jesus. At the end, we lit our candles and worshipped together with classic Christmas songs, remembering God's love and grace. Our whole family loved it and had such a meaningful time worshipping together.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect as I hadn't been to church in over a decade, and I had so many questions. Is it a friendly environment? Will the message be interesting/funny/relatable? Am I allowed to wear skinny jeans?! (Spoiler alert: yes to all of the above!) But my search for answers overcame my fear, and once I jumped in, I quickly saw what an incredibly special place Kalos was. A place to know God and develop a personal relationship with Him. To fellowship with other Christians and find spiritual family. To know that I am inherently valuable. And to discover authentic fulfillment in my identity in Christ. As humans, it can be so easy to get in our own heads with "what ifs", but the most beautiful transformations can happen outside our comfort zone. However, I recently learned that the church holds non-affirming views regarding LGBTQ+ identities and relationships. This was not made clear on the website or in any public-facing materials, which made the discovery especially painful. I witnessed others be hurt by what feels like a bait-and-switch, entering a space that seems welcoming only to later find out they are not fully accepted. Transparency matters and clarity is kindness. While churches are entitled to their theological positions, I believe it is important, out of respect for those seeking a safe and welcoming spiritual home, to clearly communicate those beliefs upfront. That way, people can make informed decisions about whether this is a place where they will be fully accepted and supported. This experience has been disappointing but a great learning opportunity. The pastors did make an effort to talk to me and followed up with some sermons about the matter which I have linked below. My family loves it, my children love it. Pastor Judah is a New York Times best selling author AND pastor/communicator. Churchhome does great work in the community and I LOVE that pastor Judah is scripture teaching rather than soapbox preaching. My only qualm is that there is only one in-person service a month. I'm not in the finance department, but I think prioritizing more in-person services would be a good choice for Churchhome and community! WWJD

Their "celebrity" pastor Judah Smith and Pastor Jude Fouquier. Left me with lasting damage causing me to almost take my life. The only "sin" I had committed was finally being honest about being gay. I think it's time churches like this are held accountable for giving advice to teens without any semblance of a counseling degree, all while making 100,000's of dollars if not more off the people who attend.

The gathering isn't just a sermon, but an opportunity to gather as the Church to grow to be more like Jesus together. I trust all of the pastors and leaders there, and not just because they do the right things, but because I have personally witnessed their vulnerability and humility, and I see how they are continuing to pursue Jesus, and pursue a life that looks more like him, and they desire for others to experience the same. Practically speaking, the kids ministry is great, and my kids love it, so not only does it give us an opportunity to focus on the gathering, but they are actually excited to go every week! The church is also very good at connecting new people with a small group (MC) where they will feel comfortable and grow. Also, they serve great coffee. :)

After hearing the pastor speak, it definitely felt like this could be a liberal church. I read another reviewer that this church became woke, and now I can see. I'm surprised they didn't have pride flags outside. A mega church doesn't grow this big without a pastor preaching the Bible. Although this church carries the title as a mega church, attendance from its members dropped a lot. Only half of the seats are filled during one service, which tells you a lot about its church direction. I would never attend a church that's LGBT, and this is what happens when a pastor and its staff allows the LGBT to take over a church. I don't mean to be judgmental towards any church, but it makes me want to steer clear whenever this issue comes up. The building is very nice and plenty of things for the kids to do here though. I would only take my family and friends to churches that preaches the Bible and isn't promoting LGBT

Wonderfully creative, I checked both my girls in and dropped them off to their respective classes. I was able to continue my journey down the corridor passed the coffee shop where they were serving up lattes as we waited for service to begin. I opted out of the fancy cup of Joe to the free tea/coffee table which had a nice selection :) ready to worship, I scurried down the hall passed the nursery room. I saw a little booth where they were offering Spanish translation! Walking into the actual church auditorium was breathtaking. It's HUGE! I picked a seat upfront in what looked like stadium seats. Worship was beautiful! Lots of screens so all can see. The message was what my soul needed. It was refreshing and brought me hope and joy. I walked out of church feeling confident that the Lord is with me and I was exactly where I needed to be. The pastor was kind to stope and introduce himself. After we chatted, I picked up my daughters who were so happy they had gone to church. I recommend this church since there's many ways to get involved; either serve or join an interest group. The Lord is in this place and it's a safe place where you can draw near to Him :)

I told Bradley Morell I don't need mental health I need a safe place to live, but he used every excuse to deny me housing. Reasons for denial. #1 could not get a letter from an organization to say I'm homeless. #2 I have a lease but I didn't. I did sign a lease at porchlight in Bellevue in 2025 and can prove it. The Salt House takes in more homeless funds than it gives out to the community and if they do its Mental Health. I have the messages to Bradley Morell begging for help but was ignored.
