At Thanksgiving this year, we applied for and received a heloc just before Christmas. The service from Cheyenne was over the top. (Jeanette also assisted us in the process). Our terms for all these people: Conscientious, Concerned, Compassionate and Competent. The process does require patience on our part and necessarily demands dotting all the "I's" and crossing every "T". It wasn't a walk in the park. The bank punished me for someone else's deceit by canceling my banking priviege with them. I know life's unfair but it was completely unjustified. I didn't seek to intentionally defraud the bank or to abuse the terms of service. They could have let bygones be bygones and they didn't and I'm not happy about the outcome. Bank of the West doesn't care about its customers and I will never do business with them again. Their treatment of me was unacceptable, period. That's why the bank rated one star in my review.

I went to Chaffee Title and Escrow and gladly paid $5.00 a document which took 2 minutes. If 2 minutes of your time is too much for a long time customer with several accounts and good $$$ in accounts. and one that WAS considering intrafy of $$$$$$$. well you just lost that business because you couldn't take 2 minutes to help your customer.
