Power washing went fine HOWEVER the painting most definitely did not. Sloppy work, globs of paint in the joints but MORE importantly, the paint bubbled up significantly then popped open after drying creating large pockets of the old surface exposed. We have reached out to Chris several times over the past 4 weeks since this happened and NOT ONCE has he bothered to return a phone call, email or text. When Richard came out to do the job, he pointed out that there were lots of other places on our house that were moldy, especially under the eaves (soffits), and recommended that we have him clean the entire exterior of our house, which we agreed to. He spent the entire day cleaning our house, didn't even take lunch, and did a masterful job! Our roof is beautiful and looks brand new, and the whole house looks spotless. The balusters on our second-story balconies are the whitest they have ever been. He even cleaned all the lizard and spider droppings and old wasp nests off our balconies, window sills, and the underside of our porch overhang. I ended up not only getting the pavers cleaned and sealed, but I also got my entrance walkway, retainer wall and driveway pressure cleaned for an acceptable price. After the work was semi completed, and pavers needed to dry, they left until two days later. When we woke up the following morning, we were astonished to see the pavers around the pool, which had turned white during the night. As we inspected the rest of the job we found pavers that were cracked and were sinking due to the number of power washings they did due to their mistakes. the color of the pavers had changed and there was now a whitish haze on our pavers and we were told that we cannot redue our pavers until all the defective sealer is gone, which could take up to one year, if not longer. To be very honest, this job looks like we hired several high school students to compete this job. The work was sloppy, unprofessional and with the added insult to have damage that will cost us out of our pocket to fix. Also, our main entrance front door was ruin and now has to be totally redone. Another expense that is directly related to Fleet Kleen and its staff. This company does not meet any standards for quality work and should not be contracted for any services related to maintenance.
