Quite the special treat is what I say about this place! The energy is contagious, the history is fascinating, and the fellow mini golfers keep me competitive. The balls are great there, but the clubs could be bigger as I like a lot of ham and turkey on mine. However, the one hole is where my ball got stuck in the pipes, forcing me to sacrifice my disinfected fingers. Dirty water, and even dirtier birds flying around there. Clean and attractive mini-golf course. I love that it is set in a hillside with towering trees. Shade is so important when mini-golfing. The staff even had bug repellant set out at the start of the course. We loved the information that was provided about the surrounding areas and how that was tied to each hole's landscape. Staff was careful about cleaning clubs between use. Hole-in-Ones get a chance to spin a wheel and maybe win a prize. Drove down from Michigan, and my family and I found the coolest mini golf place ! Upon arrival the staff is so friendly, you feel right at home. It is inexpensive too! The course was perfect! So many little fountains and sculptures. The also have an indoor climbing and The Chocolate Moose ice cream shop ! So delicious! Highly recommend for some quick family fun! read more

Unlike other climbing gyms, the surface in this gym simulates real rock... so its also great for tourists who want to experience climbing in wv without all that comes with trekking into the gorge. This is a great spot to play a fun game of mini golf with a unique course. It was actually one of the best mini golf courses I've been to and is also very reasonably priced ($6) for games. We all had a great time playing and the course is very well maintained and is fun, unique, detailed, and challenging. Every hole is different and incorporates pieces of WV history, miniature models, and clever elements such as miniature toll booths that you have to put through. The strategy and approach you take for every hole must be different and the variety of terrains are great. We didn't have time to stay and play any of the arcade games or air hockey but it looks like there is a lot to do here including getting some ice cream. read more

This is quite possibly the most imaginative mini golf course that I've ever played. Every hole is different and there are almost no holes that are just cookie cutter types. They all incorporate a theme of West Virginia and offer a bit of back story along with each one. The course is actually rather challenging and can require a lot of shots you wouldn't have to worry about at other courses. Also the owner also offers a promotion for every hole in one, you get a chance to spin a prize wheel for a chance at a free round next time out. At only $6 per round, you couldn't ask for a better evening of entertainment. And you get a discount on ice cream inside the gift shop with your scorecard. At the time of writing this I believe they were also working on a BIG indoor rock climbing wall that looks like it will be ready in a few months. This place is great and if you're a local, a tourist, or just passing through, I'd highly recommend stopping at this unforgettable mini golf course. read more

We were traveling from Virginia to Ohio and stopped for lunch. We went to Mountain golf to stretch our legs and have a bit of fun before we got back in the car to drive all afternoon. The course is laid in the side of a hill. There are a lot of steps. And there's a plaque describing a unique West Virginia attraction and some interesting history facts.
