Always polite and explain everything and answer all my questions. Dalton even taped up an electrical wire a rodent had started to chew! The office staff is also very friendly and responsive. Five months later, I called because I had not heard anything and he did come back for a cursory check. That was it. I later got a bill to renew for $321. I wrote back that I did not intend to renew but that I was due another visit as a part of the orginal one-year service agreement. I never heard a word back. I would avoid this company.
