There were high tables and regular tables to sit at, everything was clean. There was a small area for shopping off to the side where you could find stickers, cups, sweat shirts, and so much more. My second trip here was on my own. The person at the counter was very helpful and patient as I determined what I wanted and asked questions. She made the suggestion for my drink. She even let me know that the largest size was a 32oz, so I backed down to a 24oz. I had veggie wrap and a huckleberry frappe. I took them to go. Both were great, the wrap had lots of flavor even on a regular tortilla. The huckleberry frappe hit the spot for my craving of something sweet but not too sweet.

The line looked long and you order and receive at the same window, so the worry is that someone with a big order will make a line of 4 feel like 40. The person at the window must have had a big order because someone came out and started going to cars to get their orders until that car drove off. Which really sped up the process. I got a hot Copper Mountain Mocha and a chocolate mint biscotti. The mocha was spot on including the temperature. Not so hot you have to wait a half an hour to drink but hot. The flavor was exactly what you would expect a mocha to be like but a hit smoother. I don't know what makes it "Copper Mountain", but I would get it again. The biscotti was good, it was made somewhere else and delivered in the package. I did not go inside so I am not sure what it is like there. I did see a couple of people go in and leave before I go up to the window, so maybe I should have gone inside.

The three friends were kind enough to decline. My sister and I approach and the young woman at the window takes our order and then the situation declines from there. It should have been a simple matter of paying but the woman ignored my outstretched hand with my card multiple times. She kept going to the drive-up window. She forgot what we ordered at one point (probably because she was all over the place rather than finishing our order). She never looked us in the eye. Finally she starts reading off our order and it includes the drinks and food of the two women that were ahead of us. When we correct her she then looks at us and says, "oh, you've never been here." (Not true. Was in a few days earlier and the same girl waited on me.) Meanwhile my drink has been sitting on the counter this whole time. She finally gets it all straightened out and while processing our payment then starts asking random personal question, again, never looking me in the eye.
