If she would have even given me notice the night before or by early a.m., I could have switched days or at least not worked for over two hours clearing every dog or clutter thing getting ready for her to come. But NOOOO, Sharon would text 20 minutes AFTER she was scheduled to be here with some drama and no-show us. Grand finale August 16th was big drama over having to talk to a police officer after yesterday's client was stolen from-- via a phone call 20 minutes after scheduled start time--and it turned out the officer just phoned for a few minutes, but meanwhile we were totally NO-SHOWED AGAIN. So I just requested return of our gate opener. THAT WAS NEARLY A MONTH AGO. Sharon thinks she now has reasons to tell me off and only today, decided to mail the opener back as I requested on August 17.

My carpets are only in two small bedrooms and a larger master suite, as well as some steps leading from my garage to the inside of the house. Nonetheless, Robert is happy to oblige. He also really listens when I point out problem areas and does his best--and usually succeeds--when it comes to getting these areas clean. This is a relatively new company. The owners name is Dallas. Originally, I dealt with Dallas by…read morephone. He has several people working for him, Brandon, Tanner, Levi. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.

I suppose the roof was done properly, but only time will tell on that part, the problem I have with…read morethem is the guys working on the roof cut & destroyed one of the gutter supports on one of the long spans of the steel gutters that have been on my mobile with no problems for the past 23 yrs., I spoke with Walter (the owner) & advised him about what his guys had done, he called back 2 days later & said his guys said they didn't do it. Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

I told her patch jobs don't usually last but she trusted this company and the owner said over and over they had a 2 year guarantee not to worry and he took her money. The leak was never fixed completely, every few months there is a problem. The owner has been back several times. He is rude to my mother one the phone. He blames her saying she has had someone else up there, trying to get out of his guarantee and now he will not honor the work he did. I think he actually miss diagnosed the leak area in the first place but it really it makes no difference. The company stole my mothers money and hassles her every time there is a problem. Not recommended! The positive reviews are from people that had no problems, if this guy makes a mistake on your roof, things change and you pay for it with verbal abuse and hassle!
