I went to the site at the appointed time but Justin did not show, and did not call. I left messages on the company phone and his employee then called and arranged another day and time. Again I went to meet him, but he did not show and did not call. I left another voice mail message. The next day his employee called and arranged yet another start time and said Justin would call before starting work. No call, and I waited at the church for an hour. Justin did not show up. At this point I cancelled the agreement and requested our deposit be returned. It has been well over a month since that request and we have seen no money.
