He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. She said our estimates are not free, then said our estimates are not free they consist of 'parts and labor'. I said you mean like an estimate? Female proceeded tell me to F____ off and hung up on me. It was a waste of time and if you want this person who I spoke with representing your company - do not change a thing. Beside being arrogant rude and stupid this female needs to be fired or promote to a bankrupt company. Disrespectful, means find another company to give your money to.
