I started with this clinic with a podiatry referral. My first appointment I was about 10 minutes…read morelate and was told to reschedule. I explained I lived about an hour away at that time and was running into a lot of traffic situations on the way and I couldn't find parking close to the building. I was still told I needed to reschedule. I made it to my rescheduled appointment on time but was waiting at least 30 minutes in the lobby to be seen. I was a little frustrated but I was seen finally and received treatment from the doctor. I returned for my follow up and ended up waiting in the exam room for a while before being seen. That was my last podiatry appointment so I didn't complain. I received another referral for orthopedic. My appointment was 3:45 pm and I arrived 5 minutes early and began filling out the paperwork the receptionist provided me after checking in. As I was filling out the paperwork I was overhearing other patients complaining about the wait and I immediately went back to the counter to ask how behind the doc was and I was told by the pregnant receptionist that my doc was about 30 minutes behind. At that point I told her to reschedule me and she got a little annoyed and responded that the paperwork mailed out to me says that to expect to be there for 2 hours. And I asked her so that included the time that the doc is behind? And she responded yes. I then again asked to go ahead and reschedule me and she gave me a date in March of 2025. I was turned around for being 10 minutes late and the doc can be behind because its included with the 2 hours window. I went back to let the other patients know how behind they were because nobody from the staff addressed that to the other patients. Then I had a couple of patients tell me that this happens a lot with their appointments so its an obvious constant problem. I had someone drive me to my appointment and this time of year its not safe to drive over the passes outside of town because of black ice. The area I live at barely maintains the roads so waiting for who knows how long in the lobby was not an option for me. I intend on complaining to the Veterans Affairs about this clinic in hopes that they never provide another referral to this place because of fraud waste and abuse.

Great doctors, very professional staff. Dr Hosak is easy to talk to, and gets right to the point…read more The place is very busy, so there is a pretty long wait for appointments.

I love Integrated Physical Therapy. I have always believed with the process of physical therapy and…read morehave used it in my times with my back, before I moved here. I took a fall this past winter and really compromised my left arm. I felt it would get better in time so I didn't really do much about the pain and immobility that was happening. Eventually I went to the doctor because it was so painful and I could no longer use the arm. They did an X-ray and gave me a referral for Physical Therapy. My PA referred me to Integrated Physical Therapy. I have moved from another state so I hoped for the best. I am so happy that this is where she referred me to. It is so totally amazing. I can't believe how much I have progressed. The X-Ray showed the injury but also that I had some Osteoarthritis in there. My Rotator cuff and whole arm was affected. They have treated me with E-stim (electrical stimulation), Ultrasonic wand procedure, and with Myofascial Release (which feels like deep tissue but really is a stretching procedure that works.) I also do certain Home exercises. I am so amazed with the progress I have made and the mobility that has come back to my arm. Carla (the owner) and Sarah, another Therapist is very knowledgeable and personable. They are very welcoming and a joy to work with in all manners, I highly recommend them and can't say enough about them. I hope that if you need Physical Therapy that you use them. They are truly amazing.

The front desk personnel are quite efficient and always greet you with a smile and ask how you are and your day is going. I went to body works for lower back pain. I explained to the front desk and my PT that I had a…read morehigh deductible plan. PT kept instructing me to schedule more visits and I again explained I was concerned about the cost I would incur. When I received my first bill - Body works billed my insurance- I was shocked at all the multiple charges for one PT visit. When I spoke to the business manager about the multiple charges for 1 visit, she was condescending and unhelpful. Also my PT insisted that I deadlift a kettle bell of 20 lbs. from the floor to waist level. I informed the PT that I could not deadlift 20 lbs. without straining my back. The PT again instructed me to deadlift. I deadlifted the weight and strained my back and was in severe pain for a week. When I returned the PT again instructed me to deadlift the weight. I told him that I experienced severe back pain for a week due to back strain from deadlifting. I refused to lift the weights. My PT was unsympathetic and scolded me for not lifting the weight. My PT gave me several new home exercises every session I came in. Within a a few weeks I had 18 home exercises that I was supposed to do every day. It took me at least 90 minutes, daily, to do the home exercise program. I had to make a chart to keep track of all the exercises and the # of repetitions that I was prescribed. Looking back I now know that my PT did not follow a Plan of Care -although there was likely a POC on paper-and he was assigning new exercises because he was disorganized or too rushed or didn't care about the quality of care he provided. I am still making monthly payments and the business manager is unfriendly when I go into the office because I want a receipt. The billing statements are a joke because the statements never show any payments I made and that is why I have to go in person to the office to pay and get a receipt for my payment. In the end I did not see any lasting improvement in my back pain and I had a big medical bill.
