There's absolutely every reason awarding the five star rating for Cory at Upper-level computers located in the basement of the Boomers building. I purchased a beautifully rehabilitated Dell Tower that Corey built and then priced outrageously low for the quality/value that was being offered. At my request and at a very reasonable/minscule fee, Cory installed Microsoft Office for me along with Antivirus software into the current operating system. I am OLD and unfamiliar with assembling the compatible computer accessories, so Cory kindly gave me the proper shopping list to get a monitor and printer so that everything would work seemlessly together with no fuss or muss. I was able to secure a complete system at an incredibly reasonable price point and the customized service was far above the norm that one could reasonably expect from an independent business owner. Cory was prompt in his work product that was impeccable. He was easy to understand since I'm not computer literate. He was very helpful and not at all condescending to an older person who's not accustomed to assembling computers systems. Now I understand why he gets rave recommendations and reviews on Facebook. The work stations were brand new and it took the tech multiple days to simply clone (it was entirely their fault, because they failed to bring the right equipment - but had no problem charging us for their inadequacies). We had further problems shortly after - they would dodge the calls, claim they were out of the office, etc. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED doing business with this company. We sequentially hired another firm for a slightly hire price and they were fantastic; responsive, competent, honest (IT Solutions of Southern Utah). These guys might be okay for getting grandma's email working, but to expect professional competence and honest pricing, go somewhere else.

This store is an absolute joke. My fiance was charged $35 for his prepaid plan when they had him on…read morea $45 plan. He was supposed to be on the $35/mo plan but the associate somehow changed it. (She also said there was a $10/month unlimited plan and my fiance asked the manager about that and he said does not exist) Because she changed it, when he paid $35 it didn't activate 'his plan'. She said the only thing we could do now was call the number and get a refund that way. It would not be credited to his plan. He asked if they stole his money and if legal would have to get involved. She banned him from the store to where he is not allowed to pay his bill in store. We then had to pay the $45 to get it activated. When I went into the store to pay it (since she banned him) she let me get into his account even though I am not an authorized user. So this associate seems to not follow the rules and makes things up as she goes.
