No statements, no notices, and I was encouraged to continue booking appointments, even bringing my daughter. Then, out of nowhere, I was told I owed $1,700. When I asked Dr. Callie how this was possible, I was told it was due to staff turnover and poor training on how to check account balances. She admitted the mistake, but instead of taking accountability, she offered me a 40% discount like it was a favor. Communication was extremely difficult. It took an incredibly long time to get simple responses (this entire situation went on for literal years.) I was even mistakenly sent to collections--which had to be retracted - because even her lawyer was not communicating properly. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this practice. Transparency and responsibility are severely lacking.
