Hotel was well located and quiet, a little off the busy street with stores and restaurants but still close enough to walk to Queens U, Ulster Museum, and the Botanic Gardens. Rooms are on the smaller side but have a bath tub and plenty of hot water which is always nice. Little fridge and a kettle provided. Front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast was more delightful than expected with a full selection of cooked to order dishes as well as the usual fruit and croissants. Definitely worth staying next time I'm in Belfast.

Everyone knows how much we rely on our phones for navigation and information when traveling! Plus, I was charged extra because we were in the "family room" because it was the only room they had left, not because I asked for it. Not a good experience.
