Used Move For You for recent a local move. Scheduling was easy and good communication including a confirmation text the night before. The guys arrived right on time and got right to work. The guys were great and hustled during the whole time. My only recommendation, add a cordless drill to the toolbox. The poor guy, by hand, was unscrewing our headboard/bed base and our odd shape dining table and he was getting frustrated. I will definitely use Move For You again. read more

By saving a few dollars, I made a major mistake in hiring this company. There is not a piece of furniture that they did not scratch. Other than the owner, Golan Ramiz, there are no regular employees. He hires day workers and with no regular staff he does not know what he is going to get. I just found a chunk of a leg of a dresser broken off and hidden in a drawer. My beautiful Oak Rolltop Desk will never be the same. He bent the glides on the drawers and just shoved it back together. He took the entire desk apart, when there was no reason to do so and the desk is now permanently damaged. The doors on our china cabinet were taken off and he had to come back to try to repair that as well. The doors still do not open and close smoothly and evenly. Don't even try to get him on the phone. He hides behind his assistant/girlfriend Michelle. Be smart, avoid this company like the plague! read more

So I called for a quote and Michelle called me back. She quoted me $525 for 3 men for 3 hours which if you do the math is $175 an hour and $125 after per hour. She said it doesn't really work like that. I of course said I did the math and that's exactly what it is. She hung up on me. How rude ! Would never use this company MIcHelle could you be anymore unprofessional . What kind of business owner has to get the last word?? No one is our to get me. I am smart enough to know that $525 For 3 hours is $175 . Don't get mad that I called you out . You are just making yourself Look so unprofessional by continuing to reply . Good rates for the area, but didn't follow some instructions. Asked for food and pantry to not be emptied, it was anyway, and was half dumped in my old place's kitchen sink, half brought with me anyone in some boxes, causing spillage. All furniture and major pieces made it over fine, though. read more

I wrote back explaining I had antiques, furniture and art that all needed carefully wrapped, and I was looking for a binding estimate with details including charges for wrapping and supplies. I got another email back saying they could come early the next morning or early Sunday evening. I wrote back and said Sunday eve would be perfect since I had a long-scheduled dentist appt the next morn. Well, they never showed up, never called, never apologized for me having to wait around for them. DO NOT USE A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT EVEN CONDUCT THEMSELVES WITH COMMON COURTESY. I have high end custom furniture and honestly the hardest part of moving is finding trustworthy and considerate people to move your valuables. I just used Move for You for a partial move within the Coral Springs area. Michelle was a pleasure to work with setting up the move ahead of time, and was quick to respond to all of my emails and questions. The move was as easy as can be. The three movers (Golan, V, and Tyler) showed up on time, were courteous, and were careful with all of our items including many boxes that had fragile marked on them. They moved everything very quickly and we had a really heavy tabletop that was moved with no problems whatsoever. The price was great and it's so hard to find good movers. I met this mover while I was out looking at apartments and was impressed with how they were working. There was no dilly dallying they were working hard and it showed. I asked them for a card and called to get a price for my move. The owner herself actually came out to get the contract signed and was kind enough to bring half a dozen garment boxes a week before my move. Made things much easier for myself. Not only were they on-time, but in fact they were early. The movers were freindly and didn't waste time at all. Movers arrived on time and worked very quickly! We were very happy with the price as well! They gave us a flat rate for 2 men and 3 hours of work. All of the other companies we spoke to would have charged $200 more. The only negative was the my white dresser was dirty with hand prints and black marks ( I was able to clean it) and the two top drawers close crooked after the move. The top of the dresser is pulled up a bit and there is a gap where there shouldn't be. Not sure what happened. read more

The younger gentlemen were very friendly, the older one (owner) not so much. They damaged some furniture, packed random disgusting things in dresser draws with clothes and under garments instead of using boxes, and stained our mattresses by dragging them unwrapped and unboxed to the truck. read more

I found Move for You the way I find anything I do, by checking Yelp first. All the reviews for Move for You are spot on. The four men (and for a short time, when he was needed, The Owner) were personable, diligent and respectful, especially when having to deal with a nasty neighbor. They dealt with a fifth floor apartment (elevator and nasty neighbor) and a three story townhouse so efficiently, I needed to leave my apartment to go to my new place, leaving a lot of left over items, which they neatly packed away for me. They even took all my hanging clothes and shoes from my closet and hung them into the new closet. I was charged exactly what I was quoted for, no hidden extras. read more
