And while it took them longer than estimated, they were very efficient. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!

I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.

My experience with All My Sons moving:…read more Do not hire this company is the first thing that I would say for the following reasons. The first reason is the company's and its employees' failure to come to the site prepared. I had two phone calls the day before the two employees arrived to explain what I needed packed. I asked if I needed to provide any packing materials, and I was assured that the company would provide them, which turned out to be a lie. During the phone call, I explained that I have a sectional sofa, two matching recliners, two nightstands, a dresser, a dining room table and chairs, a sleeper sofa, and (1) an 82-inch TV, and (2) a 55-inch TV. The televisions were all wall-mounted and would need to be removed from the wall before packing. All of my furniture was going into a POD that would be picked up the following day. When the employees arrived, they did not have enough packing materials to complete the job, and they complained that they had been given the assignment at the last minute. These two employees placed all of my leather furniture into the pod without wrapping the items in anything that would protect the leather. I even heard one employee tell the other that they needed to hurry. See, employee one wanted to be done with the job in time to go watch his son's football game. In total, I had 4 televisions; however, the ten-year-old 40-inch television in the master bedroom only needed to be removed from the wall and left in the room. What I told the employees was this: "The 82-inch TV needs to be removed and packed." I walked into the master bedroom. This TV needs to be removed from the wall and left leaning against the wall; it's not going with the pod." I walked him upstairs, where each of the guest bedrooms had a fairly new 55-inch smart TV. Me, "I need both of these tv's removed from the walls and packed. I do have one TV box. I'll go tomorrow and get another TV box. WHAT WAS DONE: The employees removed all the televisions, placed one of the 55-inch TVs into the U-Haul box designed for such TVs; however, the TV was not wrapped in a blanket to protect it from damage, and none of the foam inserts were used. It was just left in the box leaning against the wall by the front door. After the employees were paid and quickly left, I discovered several things. The claim that the pod was full and could not hold any more boxes was a lie. With my aunt's help, I placed at least 8 more medium-sized U-Haul boxes into the pod. In addition, while packing those additional boxes, I noticed a small, wrapped item beneath the 55-inch TV box that was leaning against the wall. ALL My Sons hires' thieves: I unwrapped the TV and discovered that the old 40-inch TV, which should have been left in the master bedroom, was wrapped in a blanket, and the other 55-inch TV was gone. Yes, one of the thieves stole my 55-inch TVs and tried to hide his crime by wrapping the old 40-inch TV in a blanket and placing it behind the 55-inch TV, leaning against the wall. I had to fight to get my TV back, and the argument given to me was that I told the employee that I did not want the TV. My question will always be: what gave him the right to walk out of my house with anything, under the impression that because I said I didn't itemize one, he could take the more expensive item number too? The other issue I have is that the 55-inch TV was stolen on Friday and wasn't returned until Saturday. The TV was brought back wrapped in a blanket. The TV was unwrapped so that my sister could inspect it and plug it in to make sure it worked. After, she verified that the TV worked. The employee for All My Sons walked out with the blanket, so they did not re-wrap the TV. I give this company an F. The employee clearly stole the TV and was not even fired for theft; they just claimed this was a misunderstanding. Shelia C.

He is super friendly and was able to quote my move after sending him pictures of my belongings. The end rate was exactly as quoted, so there were no surprises! What is quoted, is what you pay. Norbert will text and call with updates. They were able to get my move in about 2 hours early, which was great! Norbert showed up to my current residence personally with a few documents to sign, and then let the team go to work on loading my items. I would say it took them less than 20 minutes, 4 men and a 1BR apartment. They are super efficient. They came prepared with extra packing materials and wrapped my couch, dresser, and large mirror in protective wrap. The movers showed up to my new address 20 miles away just shortly after I did. They moved everything upstairs and asked how I wanted things arranged to place them. Mind you, I was moving from 900 square feet to 450 square feet, but they did the best they could at arranging where everything should be and did a great job! They set up the bed and asked to set up anything else, but all was good. Total time= less than 2 hours for a 1 BR move to another city. $420 flat rate. Tips for the hard working gentlemen. And the owner there along the way. Reliable, hard working, efficient, honest, and professional team! I have never had a moving company that was this easy to work with, let alone this communicative. I will recommend Norbert and his team to everyone moving. They are the best!!

This was my first time using a moving company and I did not know what to expect, but I could not…read morehave imagined just how awful and stressful this whole process would be. This is technically my second review, after I left a review detailing how bad of an experience I had before they had even picked up my stuff. Which was taken down in exchange for the movers actually showing up on the date that I had tried to book them for. To no one's surprise, the experience never got better after that. To begin with and recap the original review, I had called and explicitly stated multiple times that I wanted to book this company with a move out date of October 30th and a move in date of November 1st. While on the phone with Alexandra I was offered a competitive price and the rapport was excellent enough for me to feel semi confident about booking the company. I signed the documents while talking on the phone with her and missed that she had put my move out date as the 31st-1st. I messaged her after this mentioning the 30th date in text, and it still was not caught that the date was wrong until I got a call from the dispatch driver two days before I was supposed to move. I also found out on this call that I had not been booked a direct move like I had been led to believe. I had a hard deadline of being 12 hours away on the 1st of November, and it was only after I left the aforementioned review that the movers did indeed show up on the 30th of October. However, this was after the agents lied to me and originally said they would be there by 1pm. And then called me back to say it would be 5-7pm but likely earlier than that as that time was just to make sure they weren't late. The first mover showed up at 8pm, the second at 8:30pm. I also now know why there's reviews talking about avoiding moving companies that use third party movers. The entire process of dealing with the actual movers felt like one constant scam and was extremely unprofessional. I paid the dispatch agent by Zelle because he originally sent me a PayPal link that was asking for a "donation". I could hear one of the movers talking on his phone while moving my stuff and got to hear him tell his friend about how he only took the job because he had a negative balance in his bank account and desperately needed the money. I cannot express how unnerving letting these people take my stuff was, but it was also 8:45pm and I needed to get started on my 12 hour drive and needed to get the move out over with. I was explicitly told this would be a full service move, and that the movers would take apart my furniture for me. I packed my own boxes, but none of my furniture was taken apart or wrapped or protected in any way. I am currently waiting to see how much damage was done to my stuff in transit and highly suspect I will need to update this to include broken and missing items. After my stuff was packed I had to wait with the movers, who had no idea where they were supposed to be going with my items, and repeatedly asked me for the address. After they did get the location from dispatch they asked me to "follow behind the moving truck in my car". I again cannot express enough how much these people felt like a scam, but asking a single woman to follow behind two men at 9:45pm to an undisclosed location really did not make me feel any better about the experience. After finally getting through the move out, it has now been 3 weeks since I was originally expecting to get my items. And two weeks since the date I was given once they told me I hadn't paid for a direct move. This includes one week of being told they just couldn't get ahold of the driver (again, after the very sketchy move out). They also lied to me again to tell me the movers would "definitely" be here this week, saying it would be Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. There has been a repeated pattern of the agent lying to me, seemingly to placate me and/or buy the company time to keep delaying my dates. I should be getting my things next week, but I still don't truly have much faith in that happening. I also am expecting damage and missing items just based on how badly everything else has been going. I'll be reporting the company to the BBB, and have already told many people to avoid this company at all costs. Truly, this was such a horrendous and stressful experience and I hope to never have to go through this again. It would be easier to do the move by yourself than book with this company.
