Do I started go to this business back mid November. The two therapists that work on me Mackenzie n Stacey are Stupendous. Yesterday as I was waiting for Stacey a young lady (another McKenzie) from the the front counter asked me to come to it as we have an issue with some of your appointments. So she proceeded to tell me that my allotment of appointments will have to be reduced as per the paperwork they have. I tried to explain to her my side of the story but she did not want to listen to one word I was saying. She even went as far as to tell me she would be reducing the remaining appointments I have. I asked her if we could discuss this tomorrow when I bring in my paperwork which would show she was wrong. After some further talking I convinced her to this. So when I got home I found my paperwork and called. What was really annoying was when I told her that my paperwork would show that she was wrong she basically told me she would not believe it. She is even the office manager. She sure should learn to to be lot more tactful when dealing with situations like this. She was actually rude to me. Excellent physical therapists and facility! They are super busy, but that's because they are great and in demand. I had complications from a knee surgery but they got me back on track quickly and even stairs are not an issue. Highly recommend any of the therapists; I've seen most of them!! read more

This place is my go to PT. Modern , clean and airy wide space and just the best personnel. Whether they're PT , PT aide or assistant!!! Happened to get to know most of them and I'm highly impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and commitment. That's why they're very busy. I have had an ongoing neck pain and my doctor recommended therapy. I thought I had something else going on until I met Alex and he knew right away what my issues were. I rely on people with knowledge to help me when things go wrong and to show me the road I must take to recover. I did 15 sessions of physical therapy for my back and my therapist (D'Arcy) was terrific! She quickly adapted the exercise routine to my abilities, asked specific questions about how the exercises were affecting me, and pushed me to make forward progress. She even went so far as to work on areas that I listed as problematic on the intake form even though they weren't the primary reason for my medical referral to therapy. I don't know if I have ever felt stronger than I do right now. This is an excellent facility with great staff! read more

I have been going to SLST since June 2016 for a weight loss program. The expertise of Dr Serena Roda in all aspects of weight loss including nutrition, weights, and workout programs for my age were excellent. Dr Roda celebrated my successes right along with me. I lost inches, weight, and the much stiffness I had in my arms and legs prior to going disappeared. The people here are upbeat and very friendly. It is a comfortable atmosphere to work out in. I love going here and I will never go back to where I was before. I feel so much better now and I will always continue to work out. Thank you Dr Roda and Maria. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this business right now. It seems their previously wonderful customer service has gone out the window since I first started coming here. They literally just called me and canceled my appointment hours before the appointment, telling me that I now need a referral from a physician all of a sudden! (My insurance insists that this is actually not the case.) Either way why I wasn't told this the last time I came in so that I could have had enough advance notice to actually get a referral, I have no idea. But it's absolutely inexcusable - and as I told them, morally reprehensible. Shame on any business that would leave someone in pain by refusing to honor an appointment because they failed to let their patient know the information that they needed in order to properly plan for their next visit. read more

I just finished close to three months of physical therapy with Jeff. When I hobbled in I was afraid I was looking at some knee surgery but that is not going to happen. With guidance from my therapist Jeff I finished my therapy yesterday and actually ran to my car in the rain today. He has me on a strength building plan we have been working on and he had now modified to continue my healing since we both have agreed it is time for me to branch out on my own to continue the strength my knee problem had. Everyone does a great job of encouraging and supporting you back to good health. I look forward to going each time for my workouts and know there is help when I have questions. I began my treatments with San Luis Sports Therapy Paso Robles for Physical Therapy on my chronic lower back pain. Everyone I worked with during the course of my treatments were very knowledgeable and friendly, from the front desk, to the aides, to the Physical Therapists. They have a very educated and well-rounded staff! After my Physical Therapy treatments were completed, I decided to continue my physical activity, to prevent re-injury or any future injuries and to better my way of life by joining their gym program. My personal trainers are just as knowledgeable and friendly. They work within my needs and let me tailor the workouts to my personal strengths/needs. My trainers are aware of my previous back issues and incorporate exercises into my workouts to help improve my back and keep me moving.
