That's where D'Nai came in, within a few hours I was set up for success and had a plan for how to avoid a repeat. What stood out most was how seamless she made the process: easy to book, right on time, and incredibly efficient. She has that rare mix of professionalism and creativity that makes you instantly trust her. The results? A workspace I can actually breathe in, and a setup that looks like it should've always been that way. If you're even halfway considering hiring an organizer, do it. Also, make sure it's D'Nai. One of the smartest investments I've made for myself this year.

I cannot say enough good things about D'Clutter by D'nai! Downsizing from a large home to a much…read moresmaller space felt overwhelming at first, but D'nai and her team made the entire process not only manageable but truly enjoyable. From day one, D'nai approached my home with warmth, compassion, and a clear plan. She helped me sort through years of belongings with zero judgment--just thoughtful guidance and practical advice. Her system made it easy to decide what to keep, what to donate, and what I could truly let go of. The real magic happened once we got to the new space. D'nai transformed it into a beautifully organized, clutter-free home that feels open, peaceful, and entirely me. Every item has a place, and the systems she put in place are easy to maintain--even for someone like me who's not naturally organized! What could have been a stressful and emotional transition became an empowering fresh start, all thanks to D'Clutter by D'nai. If you're downsizing, moving, or just need help creating calm out of chaos, I wholeheartedly recommend her services. Worth every penny!

Cheryl helped us clear out 1000 sqft of basement space to create a playroom for our kids - purging baby/toddler clothes & toys, organizing our all our storage, and going through decades of memorabilia with us. She and her team helped us organize every nook & cranny of our house (including the garage), which enabled us to list it quickly for an unexpected move and made it easy to stage for showings. They also helped us pack, unpack and settle into our new home without stress. Just recently, Cheryl's team refreshed our guest room, linen closet, laundry room, kitchen, pantry, coat closets & home office - making space for me to set up my easel & art supplies. Every team member we've worked with has been personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, encouraging, and professional. We've never once felt uncomfortable or judged, and the systems they helped us set up were easy to maintain. Professional organizing has easily been the best investment we've made for our home & family. Cheryl also taught us how to organize/itemize our donations, which essentially helped her service pay for itself. We went through multiple organizers before we found Cheryl. She was just what we needed, and her team has been wonderful to work with. We're so grateful for each of them and we highly recommend their services.

Plus most say "I don't judge" or "I've seen worse", because Rebecca just got to work I realize I've never quite believed it. The photo is the result of only four hours of work, two of which I simply hid. Some is trash, obviously, although I do have an excuse for the hamper. The rest is donations, things I don't use or wear which other people actually need. I'm not attaching inside photos: I can finally get to the entire floor but haven't vacuumed it yet. It's like this: once things started to go bad it had just kept getting worse. My walk-in closet and bedroom had gotten so cluttered I didn't have a place to put clean laundry, had sheets in various places, rope baskets piled on top of boxes - all with a jumble of crafts and clothing and books and whatever. I couldn't even find space to pull it all out to sort it. Rebecca arrived, I hid in my study. 2 hours later she had things to the point that I could come in and start making decisions. And she'd found four cat brushes - I kept buying new ones and duplicates because I couldn't find what I had. My homework is getting all the laundry done and put away. She's gathered other groups of small things I can easily sort through to keep only what I need. And collecting all the paper including stuff to be filed so old I don't need it and old files. Only some of it needs to be shredded and I don't think she knows what she's getting into but know that she can handle it. Then we tackle the next stage. my living/dining room. We all had good intentions: during the lockdown we pulled things out of places to organize them then were too overwhelmed to actually do it. Three years and Rebecca got this part done in little over three hours.
