I have been meaning to update and upgrade my review. I find this location so convenient, and much quicker than the post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and yes, they are always wearing real masks. I have gotten over my earlier grumpier review. They have a small convenience store, mostly mailing stuff, but also some candies, sodas, and juices. They have a "happy hour" 1-2pm on weekdays with a 20% discount on services, and a 10% discount 11-2 on Saturday. read more

This is such a cute little store! I came here to get my finger prints done and it was quick and easy. I was able to make the appointment the same day as well. I was expecting a line and waiting forever but I didn't even wait 5 mins. The owner was the one there. She was very sweet. She has a bunch of different goodies and variety of items throughout the store. I was looking at the all in one master tonic . She offered me a taste. I did the vinegar and honey thing when it started but stopped so it was awesome to see this in her store. And the mixture she has taste way better and has way more benefits. She told me about customers that come in and frequently get it and how it helped one of her customers blood sugar to the point where she could stop taking her pills. Which is amazing. Definitely a unique shop to stop it but if you are in the area you should take a peak! read more

This is a review on the service we received by the women that was working thursday morning, March 1st. She was very rude and not helpful. I came into the store to have 4 sheets of paper printed on legal paper. My sister and I were the only customers in the store. When nothing was printing out of any of the printers we asked for assistance. First, the women stared at us rolling her eyes, making us feel like our business was an annoyance to her then said "it should print on one of them" and didnt move from her spot behind the counter. We tried to print again and still nothing happened. We asked her if she could help us since nothing was printing and since she didnt offer to help us after the first time we requested assistance. In the end, we figured it out, but we left remembering that service from this woman was horrible. read more

This will be long. My apologies in advance. Beyond horrific! My partner and I run a small business, so we have used Postal Xpress N More several times in the past. Aside from the fact that every time my partner goes to pick up mail it's claimed that he isn't on the account even though he is, and a couple of t-shirts that were a little sloppily done, we haven't really had any major problems. Then, this weekend happened. My partner went to pick up mail (we scheduled to pick up 4 pieces), and when he arrived, the owner, Donna, presented him with only two pieces, and insisted that was all we had waiting. Today, we made a last minute order for flyers we wanted to hand out at an event we're hosting tonight. My partner was quoted $16.75 over the phone for what we ordered. After sending the files, he received a call a few minutes later stating that the file wasn't printing at the size requested. During that call, we worked out a solution, and that was that. Nothing else was discussed, but it would have been a great time for Donna to inform us that she doubled the price on what we ordered. This was not shared with us until my partner went to pick up the flyers. To our surprise, the flyers were done hours before the projected time. Also to our surprise, they were terrible. Some edges were crisply cut, while others actually looked torn. On some flyers, the actual image was cut into some, and the color was totally off on all of them. Then, most appalling to me, every single flyer ordered was crooked. The fronts didn't line up with the backs on any of them, so even if we wanted to try, we couldn't even make them look a bit more presentable with an X-acto knife and a ruler. A bit shocked by the increased price, the terrible quality of the flyers, and hopeful that we would be able to salvage at least some of them, my partner paid for them and left. He pointed the horrendous quality of the product out to me before I could even say anything. Crunched for time, we tried to think of the best way to handle the situation, and we really wanted to make the flyers work. After thinking of what to do about it, we realized that no matter what we decided to do, it would be creating more work for us while we were already crunched for time. Furthermore, fixing the mistakes of a professional service defeats the purpose entirely of utilizing said service. My partner called and spoke with Donna to express that we were unhappy with the flyers, and asked if there was any way we could get our money back. Donna proceeded to scold him like a child for not stating his displeasure while he was still at the store (only about 10 minutes had passed, so I'm not sure what difference that would have made), then Donna, the owner said to him "This is a waste of my time and money." The irony in that is unbelievable. We had a product that looked completely unprofessional (despite using a professional service), it was double the price of what we were originally quoted, and to print them ourselves would have taken even more of our own time and money. What does that matter to her though, we're just customers, after all. Despite this unbelievably rude statement, Donna agreed to refund our money. There were no apologies for our unhappiness, no offers to try to make it better, and no discounts offered for retuning in the future. She just reiterated that "she can't keep doing this." After running a few more errands for our event, my partner returned the flyers. Donna had taken the money and converted it to a gift card. She did not ask if this would work for us, and considering the fact that we were unhappy with the service we received earlier, it was an odd assumption. When my partner stated that the gift card would not work for us, Donna got upset and re-stated store policy to my partner. She gave him the refund in cash instead of back on the business card, dropped the money in his hand instead of handing it to him, and when my partner said "thank you" to Donna, she just responded with "Yep." Yet again, no apologies for things not working out - not even as much as a "goodbye." I'm very saddened by this, as we have received great service from both Jessica and Donnetta, and as small business owners, we like supporting other small businesses. Unfortunately, after the experience with this business' owner, we will be going elsewhere. P.S. We did end up picking up another piece of mail that was waiting for us after Donna said we only had 2 pieces, but she swears nothing else is there. read more
