Completed a military move with this company, who were contracted to pack our belongings. They…read morehired an insufficient number of people to complete the job efficiently. They insisted on two days of pre-packing to complete the job on time, completely disrupting our family in the interim. The manager at the company was rude and disrespectful and tried to force us to pre pack items that we would clearly need to continue living in the house. He brow beat my spouse into allowing them into the house to do some inside pre-packing even though it was already established that they would do the outside only on the first day. When I set the parameters for the second day of prepacking the manager in Sudbury, started yelling at me on the phone, saying this was a move for DND and implying that I was not the customer, so he could do what he wanted. When I doubled down insisting that the packers would only pack what I authorized, he kept trying to get me to say that I was refusing the prepack, so he could tell DND they couldn't finish on time because of me. The following day he did not even give us a courtesy call to let us know when the packers would be showing up. Completely unprofessional management making a stressful moving situation more difficult. Absolutely not worth doing business with this company

They damaged my door frame and fridge on the first delivery and They tried to make me sign saying…read morethey were not responsible for any damage to my property or the appliance they were delivering the second time. Its been 3 weeks, and the damage to my door frame has not been fixed. Accidents happen. I am not upset the damaged it, I am upset they refused to deliver the replacement unless I took responsibility for it, and have not fixed the damage the caused to my door frame.

Imagine you are at your new place, with your loaded U-haul ready to be unloaded and your moving company ghosts you. It's now been over 24 hours and i've filed a police report and called Move Me about 50x (more at this point to be annoying as I realized i've been scammed). Stay away. If things go according to plan the people associated with this company are in some fraud trouble. After some research, i'm not the only one to be burned. Mention this company to any other moving company in town and you will get an ear full.

James bed good and his partner, Selena, took my security deposit of…read more$200 and then never showed up on moving day and have yet to return my deposit. they have also posed as other reputable movers to scam people out of security deposits! BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!
