Where to start. I can't being to put into words how wonderful buying our first home was because of Mindi! When my husband and I first started looking for a house I had reached out to a realtor group regarding a house that we wanted to look out. The realtor unfortunately told us that we couldn't see the house for a few days. We were so bummed! My husband ended up getting into contact with Mindi from this amazing group about the house and she got us in to view the house that EXACT SAME DAY! Mindi was more than just someone trying to sell you a house. She was extremely caring and extremely knowledgeable. I remember standing in the basement at one house and she got on her hands and knees looking at something that caught her eye. She even had a portal set up that she would put houses that were similar to what we were looking for on so that we could look at them in advance. We finally found a house we just knew we had to have. Kristin was great! She brought an expertise to the process that was comforting and assuring. While she showed excitement to be a part of this home-buying experience, she was never pushy. We would tell her what we were looking for and she set us up to be informed about the houses that met our description. From there, she always made herself available at the drop of a hat to go to houses that we wanted to look at. IF she wasn't available, she would contact one of her colleagues to ensure we didn't miss the opportunity. Beyond the business stuff, Kristin was just a lot of fun to work with. She would point out things that she would she liked about the houses and things that she did not like (we asked her for this input in advance since this was our first home-buying experience). Hi All: Diedre REALLY represented us with precision in dealing with multiple offers as the Seller's Agent. She presented us with the top three. She called the folks with Highest offer (a financed one) who had a 1% earnest money. She immediately asked them for an increase but they soon folded. It is with unbridled thought that I write about Therese Antonelli and Moving the Mitten. She said she would sell my house of 39 years quickly, and she did in 3 days! She helped promote an estate sale, she helped with coordinating minor repairs all while I was out of state. She answered the phone herself night and day 7 days a week.
