Changes were not adequately communicated during the project and subsequent billings were not adequately supported. Ownership was very reluctant to assume any responsibility, instead blaming overages on "creative changes". He pretty much threw everyone connected to the homeowner under the proverbial bus. Changes recommended as "creative ideas" turned out to be difficult for Bunch to manage effectively. We initially stated that we needed the project finished in July of 2012--it wasn't finished until mid-September and then only because we exerted significant pressure. In short, if you hire them make sure you have a firm budget and require detailed billing or you'll have no idea what you're paying for. In fact, you're probably best off to consider him only for small jobs. In retrospect the size and complexity of this project seemed to exceed the capabilities of Bunch Nurseries.
